如何做好土建工程施工技术的质量控制

【摘要】：随着经济社会的发展,建筑行业也得到了快速的发展。然而在发展过程中,房屋建筑质量安全问题逐渐突出,不仅影响到建筑企业的形象,更严重威胁到人们群众的人身财产安全。土建工程是建筑工程的基础工程,它的施工质量直接影响到建筑工程的整体质量,因此施工单位必须重视建筑土建工程。文章主要分析了土建工程施工中遇到的一些常见问题,并从施工前制定合理的施工方案和施工技术、加强土建工程施工材料、设备的质量管理、钢筋工程、混凝土工程等几个方面加强质量控制。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social development, the construction industry has also been rapid development. However, in the process of development, the problem of building quality and safety is becoming more and more prominent, which not only affects the image of construction enterprises, but also seriously threatens the safety of people's personal and property. Civil engineering is the foundation of building engineering, its construction quality directly affects the overall quality of building engineering, so the construction unit must attach importance to the construction of civil engineering. This paper mainly analyzes some common problems encountered in the construction of civil engineering, and formulates reasonable construction plan and construction technology before construction, strengthens the quality management of construction materials, equipment and steel bar engineering of civil engineering. Concrete engineering and other aspects of strengthening quality control.
