基于BIM技术的装配式建筑施工组织设计

【摘要】:目前,国家大力提倡装配式建筑和BIM技术的发展,各高校企业积极参与研究与实践。编制施工组织设计的科学性直接影响到现场管理,关系到企业收益情况。随着装配式建筑项目的不断推进,减少环境污染,促进建筑行业的健康、持续发展。但是建造过程中发现,项目数据较多、难以快捷地保存查询,各参建方协同性较差,单纯文字可视化水平低、共享性差等问题。因此将BIM技术引入装配式建筑施工组织设计中,保证施工现场有序进行,促进装配式建筑能够更好、更快发展。本文通过查阅文献,首先介绍装配式建筑人材机的技术分解,阐述装配式建筑施工组织设计包含内容。探讨BIM的概念、特点、价值,以及所涉及的BIM软件。针对传统施工管理中的信息量多、纸质资料保存难、可视化程度低等现存问题,将BIM技术引入装配式建筑施工组织设计中参与过程管理,发挥BIM技术在装配式建筑施工阶段的价值。针对济南市某装配式项目,将BIM技术应用于施工组织设计中。通过BIM技术在准备阶段、进度、质量、成本等环节的应用分析,提出对现存问题的解决方法。同时,在以上各环节中,组建BIM团队,其与职能部门将不同格式的信息上传于数据库,提出信息收集、传递、共享的途径,为类似项目提供参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the state strongly advocates the development of prefabricated architecture and BIM technology, and the enterprises of colleges and universities actively participate in research and practice. The scientific nature of compiling construction organization design directly affects the site management and the income of the enterprise. With the continuous promotion of prefabricated construction projects, environmental pollution is reduced, and the construction industry is healthy and sustainable. However, in the process of construction, it is found that the project data are more than others, it is difficult to save the query quickly, the cooperation among the participants is poor, the level of simple text visualization is low, and the sharing ability is poor. Therefore, BIM technology is introduced into the construction organization design of prefabricated buildings to ensure orderly construction site and promote the development of prefabricated buildings better and faster. This paper first introduces the technical decomposition of prefabricated building personnel machine and expounds the contents of assembly building construction organization design. This paper discusses the concept, characteristics, value and BIM software of BIM. In view of the existing problems in the traditional construction management, such as the amount of information, the difficulty of preserving the paper data and the low degree of visualization, the BIM technology is introduced into the construction organization design of prefabricated buildings to participate in the process management. Give play to the value of BIM technology in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings. Aiming at an assembly project in Jinan, BIM technology is applied in construction organization design. By analyzing the application of BIM technology in preparation stage, progress, quality and cost, the solutions to existing problems are put forward. At the same time, in the above links, set up the BIM team, which and functional departments will upload different formats of information to the database, information collection, transmission, sharing ways, for similar projects to provide reference value.
