折板式与圆管式间接蒸发冷却器性能综合研究

【摘要】:我国正处于快速发展阶段,能源消耗一直是关注的重点。近些年建筑能源消耗逐年增加,其中空调能源消耗所占得比例最大。为建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会迫使我们对绿色空调的研究,将自然冷源替代人工冷源的间接蒸发冷却的新型方法,一种环保、高效、经济的冷却技术。本课题根据现有实验台的情况,结合郑州地区暖温带大陆性气候、雨水相对偏少、偏干燥等特点,研究折板式、圆管式间接蒸发冷却技术。对多种参数进行模拟测试,并整理分析数据,在同一实验台的情况下分别得出折板式、圆管式间接蒸发冷却效率、保持最优效率的参数选择范围以及分析对比两种结构形式冷却器的性能。通过实验数据分析和实地的测量,给出了两种形式的实际工程推荐值,为以后企业对空调形式的选择提供参考。本课题研究的具体内容如下:(1)学习间接蒸发冷却技术的国内外发展成果,了解不同结构形式的冷却设备,掌握其中的理论知识和热工计算方法,为课题实验效果的检测分析提供简便有效的计算方法。(2)根据现有的折板式、圆管式蒸发冷却技术的相关理论知识,对综合实验台进行通风优化调试。均匀布置测试点,对进风口合理封堵以满足不同的结构形式,确保有合理的气流组织。(3)对实验台各个系统以及不同功能段简要介绍,接着在同一实验台相同时间下对两种形式的冷却器进行测量,合理调节变量风速、喷水量等参数,对不同工况进行检测并进行记录整理数据,分析计算得出两种设备换热效率、各参数对效率的影响趋势以及两种形式的冷却器性能对比分析,得出两种形式冷却器的最优的效率参数选择范围、影响因素。(4)分别对两种冷却器的性能进行研究并给出实际工程中参数的选择范围,介绍了某纺织厂空调工程实际运行中冷却器实际运行效率以及节能情况。通过本课题的研究,可以得出不同形式的间接蒸发冷却器节能效果,结合工程实际情况,综合考虑各因素对设备效率运行影响,为工业车间空调形式的选择提供依据。
[Abstract]:China is in the rapid development stage, energy consumption has been the focus of attention. In recent years, building energy consumption has increased year by year, among which air conditioning energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion. In order to establish a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, a new method of indirect evaporative cooling with natural cold source instead of artificial cold source, an environmentally friendly, efficient and economical cooling technology, has been forced us to study green air conditioning. According to the conditions of the existing test bench, combined with the continental climate of the warm temperate zone in Zhengzhou, Rain Water is relatively few and dry, the indirect evaporative cooling technology of folding plate type and circular tube type is studied. Several parameters are simulated and tested, and the data are analyzed, and the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency of folded plate type and circular tube type is obtained under the condition of the same test bench. The parameter selection range to maintain the optimal efficiency and the performance of the two types of coolers are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis of experimental data and the field measurement, two kinds of practical engineering recommended values are given, which can provide reference for the selection of air conditioning form in the future. The specific contents of this research are as follows: (1) to study the development of indirect evaporative cooling technology at home and abroad, to understand the cooling equipment with different structures, to master the theoretical knowledge and the method of thermal calculation. This paper provides a simple and effective calculation method for the test and analysis of the experimental results. According to the relevant theoretical knowledge of the existing evaporative cooling technology of folded plate and circular tube, the comprehensive test bench is optimized for ventilation adjustment. Uniform layout of test points, reasonable sealing of the inlet to meet different structural forms, ensuring reasonable airflow organization. (3) brief introduction of the various systems and different functional sections of the test bench, Then the two types of coolers are measured at the same time, and the parameters such as variable wind speed and water injection amount are adjusted reasonably, the data are recorded and sorted out under different working conditions, and the heat transfer efficiency of the two kinds of equipment is analyzed and calculated. The influence trend of each parameter on the efficiency and the comparative analysis of the performance of the two kinds of coolers are obtained, and the optimal range of the efficiency parameters of the two types of coolers is obtained. The influencing factors are as follows: (1) the performance of the two coolers is studied and the selection range of the parameters in the actual engineering is given. The actual operation efficiency and energy saving of the coolers in the actual operation of an air conditioning project in a textile mill are introduced. Through the research of this subject, the energy saving effect of different forms of indirect evaporative cooler can be obtained. Combined with the actual situation of the project, the influence of various factors on the operation efficiency of the equipment can be considered synthetically, which can provide the basis for the choice of the air conditioning form in the industrial workshop.
