汉中市汉江两岸天际线调整优化策略研究

【摘要】：城市天际线是一个城市景观风貌和文化内涵的浓缩,是城市形象的最直观体现。不同的城市因地域文化、历史进程的差异,形成各自独具特色的天际线景观。富有特色的城市天际线也是吸引人们向城市聚集、来此工作、居住和旅游的原因之一,在一定程度上提升了城市的吸引力和综合实力。近年来,随着汉中城市建设速度不断加快,特别是汉江两岸凭借良好的生态和景观资源优势更成为开发建设的热点地区,城市天际线不断得以延展,但也随即出现了天际线层次单一、韵律特色缺失等现实问题。本文通过分析汉江两岸天际线的历史演进,分析现状问题,并结合相关规划分析未来天际线发展趋势来综合总结其特征。在对城市天际线相关文献的研究基础上,总结出影响天际线的主客体因素,及常用的天际线评价方法和评价体系,作为指导下一步天际线评价的基础。目前关于城市天际线的评价国际上并未形成统一的评价标准,本文在现有评价体系的基础上,尝试一种将定性与定量相结合的评价方法,提炼出可量化的评价因子,建立一套城市天际线评价模型,并进行评价标准实证。将汉中市城市特色融入评价模型,建构出适用于汉中市汉江两岸的天际线评价模型,并应用于其天际线评价。把以人为本作为出发点,遴选出汉江两岸有价值的天际线,并利用GIS等软件模拟出真实视角下汉江两岸的天际线模型,通过对现状及未来规划天际线的评价,从评价结果对城市建设提出特色感知、形态优化、文化彰显方面的调整优化策略,将其落位到城市空间布局,并对相关规划进行反馈。希望为城市天际线的研究提供新的评价模型与研究方法的参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:City skyline is a city landscape style and cultural connotation of the concentration, is the most intuitive embodiment of the image of the city. Different cities form their own unique skyline landscapes due to the differences of regional culture and historical process. The characteristic city skyline is also one of the reasons that attract people to gather in the city, work, live and travel, to a certain extent, enhance the attraction and comprehensive strength of the city. In recent years, with the increasing speed of urban construction in Hanzhong, especially the advantages of good ecological and landscape resources, both sides of the Hanjiang River have become hot spots of development and construction, and the urban skyline has been continuously extended. But also appeared immediately the skyline level single, the rhythm characteristic lacks and so on realistic question. This paper analyzes the historical evolution of the skyline between the two sides of the Hanjiang River, analyzes the present situation, and analyzes the development trend of the future skyline in the light of relevant planning to summarize its characteristics. On the basis of the research on the literature of urban skyline, this paper summarizes the main and objective factors that affect the skyline, as well as the commonly used evaluation methods and evaluation system of the skyline, which is the basis for guiding the next step of skyline evaluation. At present, the evaluation of urban skyline has not formed a unified evaluation standard in the world. Based on the existing evaluation system, this paper tries to extract a quantifiable evaluation factor by combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. Establish a set of urban skyline evaluation model, and carry on the evaluation standard demonstration. The urban characteristics of Hanzhong city are integrated into the evaluation model to construct a model for evaluating the skyline between the two sides of the Hanjiang River in Hanzhong City, and the model is applied to the evaluation of the skyline of Hanzhong City. Taking people as the starting point, selecting the valuable skyline between the two sides of the Hanjiang River, and using software such as GIS to simulate the model of the skyline between the two sides of the Hanjiang River from the real perspective, through the evaluation of the present situation and the future planning of the skyline. From the evaluation results, this paper puts forward the adjustment and optimization strategies in the aspects of characteristic perception, shape optimization, culture display, and puts them into the urban space layout, and gives feedback to the related planning. This paper hopes to provide a new evaluation model and method for the study of urban skyline.
