城市健康生命维护视野下的水工程系统功能再造研究——以济南市为例

【摘要】：伴随着经济社会的发展,我国的城市规模呈现出超常规的扩张态势,而作为城市生命保障关键的水工程建设相对滞后,功能缺失严重。拟从维护城市健康生命,延长城市生命周期的视角,用社会调查、统计分析、城市规划、经济学分析等方法,以济南市为例,分析了当前城市水工程系统功能的现状,建立了城市水工程系统功能再造的效益分析模型,进而对城市水工程系统功能再造提出了对策建议,促使经济社会的进步与水环境及水资源承载能力相适应。
[Abstract]:Along with the development of economy and society , the city scale of our country presents the supernormal expansion situation , and the water engineering construction as the key to the urban life guarantee is relatively late , and the function is missing . The present situation of the function of the urban water engineering system is analyzed , the benefit analysis model of the function reconstruction of the urban water engineering system is established , and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the function reengineering of the urban water engineering system , and the progress of the economic society is promoted and the water environment and the water resource carrying capacity are adapted .
