顺平县“青旅式”民宿改造设计实践报告

【摘要】：美食和旅游越来越多的成为人们茶余饭后的谈资,其中旅游成为了人们增进感情和缓解压力的重要方式,而乡村旅游在最近几年更是备受大家推崇的旅游方式。乡村旅游中必不可少的就是住宿。人们为了更好的体验乡村生活,追求乡野情趣,热衷于住在有地方特色的民宿。民宿除了满足住宿这一单一条件外,还满足了人们对住宿环境、心理感受、当地文化的追求,这些民宿结合当地风土人情、文化环境等资源成为一种新型时尚。民宿吸引了大批80、90后青年人群,形成了风靡一时的“民宿热”。民宿行业正进入一个崭新的发展阶段,民宿又是对传统酒店行业的再一次提升和发展,让更多的旅游者体验民宿的乐趣和对乡野情趣的追求。在此背景下,本文以真实案例——顺平县民宿改造的过程为实践题材,在对民宿的形成和发展、以及顺平县旅游资源、历史文化等资源整理的基础之上的基础上,总结出针对顺平县的地方特色民宿改造方案,设计出符合青年团体特点和需求的顺平县特色民宿改造方案。
[Abstract]:Food and tourism have become more and more people after a meal, tourism has become an important way to enhance people's feelings and ease the pressure, and rural tourism in recent years is a popular way to travel. Accommodation is essential in rural tourism. People in order to better experience rural life, pursuit of rural interest, keen to live in local characteristics of the people. Besides meeting the single condition of accommodation, it also satisfies the people's pursuit of accommodation environment, psychological feeling and local culture. It has become a new fashion to combine the local customs and local customs, cultural environment and other resources. Residential accommodation attracted a large number of young people after 80, 90, the formation of a popular "housing craze." The residential industry is entering a new stage of development, and it is the promotion and development of The Legacy Hotel industry once more, so that more tourists experience the fun of lodging and the pursuit of rural interest. Under this background, this article takes the real case-Shunping county folk house reform process as the practical subject matter, on the basis of the formation and development of the residence, as well as the Shunping county tourism resources, the history culture and so on resources arrangement foundation, This paper sums up the scheme of the renovation of residential accommodation with local characteristics in Shunping county, and designs a scheme for the renovation of residential accommodation with local characteristics in accordance with the characteristics and needs of youth groups.
