基于空间句法的岭南住区公共空间适老性设计

【摘要】：随着我国人口老龄化与城镇化发展的深入,越来越多的城市住区如雨后春笋般建立起来。由于过去对住区公共空间的适老性研究主要停留在定性研究层面而定量研究不足,研究成果很难转化为对设计与决策的具体指导。并且研究内容主要关注于局部空间的适老性设计,缺乏从整体空间组织关系角度研究住区公共空间适老性的研究,最终导致很多住区公共空间适老性设计与实际使用情况不符。空间句法理论作为理解住区空间社会的逻辑语言,其对空间构形的理解关联了人类的行为活动,并可定量描述空间的构形特征,为住区公共空间适合老性的研究提供了新的视角和方法。本文通过对老人生理与心理特征分析,以及老人在住区公共空间步行、坐憩、驻足停留、聚集活动特征的研究,总结出在住区公共空间组织结构层面影响老人活动的适老性相关因子有:可达性、可憩性、安全性、可交流性、可理解性。此外,在空间句法理论以及分析软件Depthmap的研究与运用基础上,分别完成了对住区道路、服务设施、绿地、广场四类住区公共空间适合老性的量化解析。最后,本文根据四类公共空间特点与研究层次的不同采用采用与之相对应的空间分割方法,总结出其适老性设计策略与具体操作方法,并辅以相应的案例分析。对今后居住区公共空间的适老性设计提供了有很好的借鉴意义与参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of population aging and urbanization, more and more urban settlements have been established. Due to the lack of quantitative research on the aging of residential public space in the past, it is difficult to transform the research results into specific guidance for design and decision-making. And the content of the study mainly focuses on the design of the aging of local space, and the lack of the study on the aging of residential public space from the perspective of the overall spatial organization, resulting in many residential areas of the design of the aging of public space and the actual use of the situation is inconsistent. As a logical language to understand the spatial society in residential areas, the theory of space syntax is related to human behavior and can describe quantitatively the configuration characteristics of space. It provides a new perspective and method for the study of residential public space suitable for aging. In this paper, the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly are analyzed, as well as the characteristics of walking, sitting, stopping and gathering activities of the elderly in the public space of residential areas. It is concluded that the factors related to the aging of the elderly in the organizational structure of public space in residential areas are: accessibility, recreation, security, communication and comprehensibility. In addition, on the basis of the research and application of the spatial syntax theory and the analysis software Depthmap, the quantitative analysis of four kinds of public space in residential area, such as road, service facilities, green space and square, is carried out respectively. Finally, according to the characteristics of four kinds of common space and the different levels of research, this paper uses the corresponding space segmentation method, summarizes the design strategy and the specific operation methods of its adaptability, and gives a corresponding case study. It provides a good reference and reference value for the design of residential public space in the future.
