基于海绵城市理念的城市雨水系统优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着城镇化的发展,传统的城市雨水管网系统承担的排水负荷逐渐增大,城市内涝频发。为保障城市排涝安全,保护生态环境,住房与城乡建设部开始推进海绵城市建设,提高了城市雨水系统规划、设计、建设和管理的相关要求。因此,本文基于海绵城市建设理念,研究城市雨水系统优化设计方法。本文首先对海绵城市和城市雨水系统优化设计研究进展进行了较为全面的阐述。以城市雨水系统理论研究为基础,对设计重现期、径流系数及年径流总量控制率等设计标准进行了分析,为后续研究提供依据与指导。其次,介绍了海绵城市建设措施的功能特点、适用条件及规模计算方法。根据《海绵城市建设技术指南》和《室外排水设计规范》等要求,从整体上确定优化目标,由此考虑年径流总量控制率、雨水管渠设计参数及内涝防治设计指标约束条件;通过构建源头减排、雨水管渠和雨水调蓄池合理规模优化模型,从而实现整个海绵城市建设措施的合理规模优化。并从城市雨水系统的构成、径流总量和径流峰值三个方面,分析了海绵城市建设措施对城市雨水系统优化设计的影响。最后以雨水管网总费用、溢流总量和积水总时间为目标函数,建立了基于海绵城市的城市雨水管网多目标优化模型,通过加权法将多目标转化成单目标问题。本文采用遗传算法,并调用SWMM源程序,以Matlab为平台进行优化求解。结合实例建立了雨水管网SWMM模型,通过遗传算法进行优化求解,最终得到研究区域优化设计方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the drainage load of the traditional urban rainwater network system increases gradually, and the urban waterlogging occurs frequently. In order to ensure the safety of urban waterlogging and protect the ecological environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction began to promote the construction of sponge city, which raised the requirements of urban Rain Water system planning, design, construction and management. Therefore, based on the concept of sponge city construction, this paper studies the optimization design method of urban Rain Water system. In this paper, the research progress of optimization design of sponge city and city Rain Water system is discussed in detail. Based on the theoretical study of urban Rain Water system, the design criteria, such as design recurrence period, runoff coefficient and annual runoff total control rate, are analyzed, which provides the basis and guidance for further research. Secondly, the functional characteristics, applicable conditions and calculation method of scale of sponge city construction measures are introduced. According to the requirements of "Technical Guide for Sponge City Construction" and "Design Code for Outdoor drainage", the optimization objectives are determined as a whole, so as to consider the total annual runoff control rate, the design parameters of stormwater pipes and the restrictive conditions for the design indexes of waterlogging prevention and control. The reasonable scale optimization model of rainwater pipe canal and Rain Water storage pool is constructed to realize the rational scale optimization of the whole spongy city construction measures by constructing the source emission reduction model. The influence of the construction measures of sponge city on the optimal design of urban Rain Water system is analyzed from three aspects: the composition of urban Rain Water system, the total runoff amount and the runoff peak value. Finally, the multi-objective optimization model of urban rainwater pipe network based on sponge city is established by taking the total cost of rainwater pipe network, total overflow amount and total time of water accumulation as objective functions, and the multi-objective problem is transformed into a single-objective problem by weighted method. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used, and SWMM source program is called, and Matlab is used as the platform to optimize the solution. The SWMM model of rainwater pipe network is established with an example, and the optimal design scheme of the research area is obtained by genetic algorithm.
