材料资源可循环利用于绿色办公建筑墙体的设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市现代化进程的加速,建筑行业的发展也是日新月异,然而在大量拆除旧建筑以及建设新建筑的过程中,消耗了大量的资源,产生了大量的建筑废弃物,这些建筑废弃物并未得到较为妥善的处理,大多采取直接填埋的方式处理,建筑材料循环利用率很低,给自然环境和我国自然资源带来了极大的压力,有违可持续发展理念。本文以与人们日常生活息息相关的绿色办公建筑为依托,以墙体材料为例,借鉴国外材料资源可循环利用案例,力求建立传统建筑材料可循环利用的设计方法体系,以便设计师在绿色办公建筑设计中可以借鉴,达到节约能源、降低能耗、保护环境、促进可持续发展的目的。对建筑材料可循环利用的研究,国外学者开展得较早,也积累了很多成功的经验,美国、日本、德国等许多国家更形成了相关的规章制度,建筑材料资源循环利用率已经很高。我们可以借鉴,却不能照搬国外的制度和方法,必须考虑我国国情、地域、文化、民众的差异性,结合我国所存在的问题,提出适合我国国情的解决方案和设计方法。本文将从案例分析、标准解读、应用设计、模拟测验四大部分展开研究。第一,针对不同类型的传统建筑墙体材料(如木材、砖材、石材等)以及其他可用作建筑墙体的非建筑材料(如纸材、集装箱等),对国外案例进行资料调研,总结出常用废旧材料的可循环利用于建筑墙体的设计方法;第二,研究学习绿色办公建筑评价标准,尤其是关于节材和营造舒适室内环境的要求;第三,将案例中学习的材料资源可循环利用设计方法与绿色建筑技术相结合,应用到绿色办公建筑方案设计中;第四,对设计方案中形成的办公空间的室内环境进行软件模拟分析,评价其绿色效能,以验证材料资源可循环利用于绿色办公建筑墙体的设计方法的可行性。通过本文的论述,期望能够对建筑材料资源可循环利用方式提供可借鉴的设计方法和理论指导,对我国建筑材料资源保护事业起到促进作用。提高建筑材料资源可循环利用的可操作性,使其能够落到实处,并得以推广。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban modernization in China, the development of the construction industry is also changing with each passing day. However, in the process of demolishing old buildings and building new buildings, a large number of resources are consumed and a large number of construction wastes are produced. These construction wastes have not been properly treated, most of them are treated by direct landfill, and the recycling efficiency of building materials is very low, which brings great pressure to the natural environment and natural resources of our country, which is contrary to the concept of sustainable development. Based on the green office building, which is closely related to people's daily life, and taking the wall material as an example, this paper tries to establish the design method system of the recycling utilization of the traditional building materials by referring to the cases of the recycling utilization of foreign material resources. So that designers can use for reference in the design of green office buildings to save energy, reduce energy consumption, protect the environment and promote sustainable development. For the study of recycling of building materials, foreign scholars have carried out earlier and accumulated a lot of successful experience. Many countries, such as the United States, Japan, Germany and other countries have formed the relevant rules and regulations, and the recycling efficiency of building materials resources has been very high. We can learn from it, but we can not copy the system and methods of foreign countries. We must consider the differences of our country's national conditions, regions, cultures and people, and combine the existing problems of our country, and put forward solutions and design methods suitable for our country's national conditions. This paper will study from four parts: case analysis, standard interpretation, application design and simulation test. First, for different types of traditional building wall materials (such as wood, brick, stone, etc.) and other non-building materials that can be used as building walls (such as paper materials, containers, etc.), the data of foreign cases are investigated. Summarize the design method of recycling used waste materials in building wall; second, study the evaluation standard of green office building, especially the requirements of saving materials and creating comfortable indoor environment; third, The design method of recycling material resources and green building technology are combined to apply to the design of green office building scheme. Fourthly, the software simulation analysis of the indoor environment of office space formed in the design scheme is carried out. The green efficiency is evaluated to verify the feasibility of the design method of recycling material resources in the wall of green office building. Through the discussion of this paper, it is expected that the design method and theoretical guidance can be used for reference in the recycling of building materials resources, and it will promote the protection of building materials resources in our country. Improve the maneuverability of recycling construction material resources, make it practical, and be popularized.
