太阳能热水器自限温电伴热带引燃能力

【摘要】:介绍太阳能热水器自限温电伴热带的结构、分类和发热原理。选取300 cm伴热带样品,测量正常工作时伴热带导电塑料温度和伴热带表面温度,测得绝缘层表面温度可达69.9℃,导电塑料表面温度可达77.0℃,不易引发火灾。对自限温电伴热带短路情况下的引燃能力进行试验,得到短路故障时瞬间高温能够达到2 000℃,有引发火灾的危险。研究可对太阳能热水器电伴热带电气故障类火灾的调查提供帮助。
