建筑企业工程成本预算本体网络的构建

【摘要】：提高成本预算的效率和准确度是建筑工程管理中的一个重要部分,而现有的成本预算还很大程度上依赖于造价人员的主观判断。通过对成本预算流程的分析,在本体网络方法的基础上,将成本预算流程分解为4个子模块,包括清单项目概念模型、工程量计算规则、施工方案本体和定额项目概念模型,并分别用本体语言进行表达和解释,最终构建了一个成本预算本体网络。借助基于本体网络的成本预算本体知识库,预算人员能够利用BIM设计数据实现成本预算中计量与套价的自动化。
[Abstract]:Improving the efficiency and accuracy of the cost budget is an important part of the construction engineering management, but the existing cost budget still depends on the subjective judgment of the cost personnel to a great extent. Based on the analysis of the cost budget flow, the cost budget process is decomposed into four sub-modules, including the inventory project conceptual model, the engineering quantity calculation rules, the construction scheme ontology and the quota project conceptual model. Finally, a cost budget ontology network is constructed. With the knowledge base of cost budget ontology based on ontology network, budget personnel can use BIM design data to automate the measurement and set price in cost budget.
