不等高钢梁坦克车多步滑移施工技术

【摘要】：岭南新世界三区项目电影院钢梁跨度为28m,单榀钢梁重20t,跨度方向高低差2m,施工现场布置2台ST7015塔式起重机,无法满足钢梁吊装需求。介绍了一种基于有限施工空间下的钢梁不等高滑移施工技术,该技术能有效地解决既有塔式起重机起重能力有限和现场不具备大型吊装设备进场的问题,保障了超重钢梁施工安全,并使其施工成本得到有效降低。
[Abstract]:The span of cinema steel beam in Lingnan New World three area Project is 28m, the weight of single steel beam is 20t, and the direction of span is 2m. Two ST7015 tower cranes are arranged on the construction site, which can not meet the demand of steel beam hoisting. This paper introduces a construction technology of steel beam with different height slip based on finite construction space. The technology can effectively solve the problems of limited lifting capacity of existing tower crane and lack of large hoisting equipment in the field. The construction safety of overweight steel beam is guaranteed and the construction cost is reduced effectively.
