城市居住小区中适应儿童行为的空间设计研究

【摘要】：2016年,我国政策从“只生一个好”调整为“全面开放二胎”,儿童在我国总人口中的占比不断提高;儿童是祖国的未来,他们的成长环境受到社会广泛关注;儿童作为城市居民结构的主要阶层,好动是他们的天性,游戏就是他们的工作。过去,家庭和学校两点一线的活动模式以及整天与手机电脑为伴的生活方式直接影响着儿童的身心健康。儿童活动空间是儿童成长所需的必要场所,而居住小区儿童活动空间作为儿童在日常生活中最易到达和最常接触的活动场所,无疑成为儿童日常活动的载体。目前的城市居住小区儿童活动空间大多面积狭小,设施匮乏,尺度不适、形式单一,忽视儿童的心理需求和行为规律,缺少针对儿童的特殊设计,使居住小区儿童活动空间失去了做为儿童进行体验、探索、合作和分享的主要空间和活动载体的功用。城市居住小区儿童活动空间应该如何设计以适应儿童的心理需求和行为规律?这是本文试图探讨和解决的问题。本文以如何进行适应儿童行为的空间设计为切入口,用发展的眼光和儿童的视角看待城市居住小区适应儿童行为的活动空间。针对目前城市居住小区儿童活动空间存在的问题,通过对儿童生理特征、心理需求和行为规律及其相互关系进行研究,发放调查问卷,分析实际案例,结合国内外居住小区儿童活动空间的先进理论和优秀案例,总结出儿童行为的共同特征和心理需求。从儿童的切身需求出发,结合本土化的元素,从儿童参与设计、动线设计、生态设计等多个角度大胆探索城市居住小区儿童活动空间的设计方向和原则,分析总结小区儿童活动空间的设计思路和方法。营造成人、儿童、自然互相亲近的、既满足成人需要又适应儿童行为的居住小区空间,为今后居住小区的规划设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's policy was adjusted from "only one good child" to "fully open to the second child", and the proportion of children in the total population of our country was constantly increasing, and children were the future of the motherland, and their growing environment was widely concerned by the society. Children as the main class of urban structure, active is their nature, play is their job. In the past, family and school activity patterns and the way of life accompanied by cell phones and computers directly affected children's physical and mental health. Children's activity space is the necessary place for children to grow up. As the most accessible and frequent place for children's daily life, children's activity space in residential area is undoubtedly the carrier of children's daily activities. At present, most of the living space of children in urban residential areas is small, lacking of facilities, unsuitable scale, single form, ignoring the psychological needs and behavior rules of children, and lacking of special design for children. The children's activity space in the residential area has lost its function as the main space and activity carrier for children to experience, explore, cooperate and share. How should the children's activity space be designed to adapt to the psychological needs and behavior of children in urban residential areas? This article attempts to explore and solve the problem. This paper takes how to design the space to adapt to children's behavior as the entry point of view, and looks at the activity space of urban residential district to adapt to children's behavior from the perspective of development and children's perspective. In view of the existing problems in children's activity space in urban residential areas, through the study of children's physiological characteristics, psychological needs, behavior rules and their mutual relations, a questionnaire was issued to analyze actual cases. Combined with the advanced theories and excellent cases of children's activity space in residential areas at home and abroad, the common characteristics and psychological needs of children's behavior are summarized. Starting from the immediate needs of children, combining with the elements of localization, the paper explores the design direction and principles of children's active space in urban residential areas from the angles of children's participation in design, moving-line design, ecological design, and so on. This paper analyzes and summarizes the design ideas and methods of children's activity space. In order to provide reference for the planning and design of the residential district in the future, it is necessary to create the living space of adults and children, which is close to each other and meets the needs of adults as well as the behavior of children.
