城市高校密集区通勤绿道设计研究

【摘要】:本文从我国高等教育快速发展的现实,以及我国城市中高校密集区的空间环境现状所引发的大学生通勤行为出发,探究从空间层面为学生创造一个合理、适宜的生活学习环境,符合大学生的日常通勤需求。大学生作为区域中最主要的群体,规划者应从学生需求的角度出发,利用城市服务基础设施,关心大学生的生活要求让大学生能够得到最大程度上的满足。此外还要对各方的关系进行协调处理,使各方能够向一个好的方向进行发展。论文的核心部分基于环境行为学理论下的三个方面点为理论依据,首先结合高校密集的武汉市洪山区进行实地调查,接着指出在这个特有的的环境空间下所引发的大学生通勤行为及需求,通过对比分析得出现有的空间环境无法满足大学生日常通勤出行。参考借鉴国内外相关案例,以绿道作为解决问题的切入点。首次提出了满足城市高校密集区内大学生通勤需求的绿道概念,强调绿道的交通通勤功能,适应区域内大学生“步行+自行车”通勤方式,通过区域绿道形成紧凑、合理、高效、有序的空间互动机制,提高区域通勤可达性和安全性,同时运用绿道的自然生态功能,优化区域空间自然环境,满足大学生课余追求品质慢生活的休闲需求,营造绿色可持续的空间氛围。通过城市高校密集区通勤绿道,连接起区域内各功能组团,降低大学生的每天的通勤时耗,提升区域可达性,满足大学生的通勤需求;通过城市高校密集区通勤绿道,优化区域空间自然环境,满足大学生对良好空间环境的向往。通勤绿道是对城市人性化、生态化发展理念的创新实践,作为城市绿道网络中特殊的一环,为未来绿道多元化发展带来新的思考方向。城市高校密集区通勤绿道是创造学生高效生活、增加交往机会、激发创新环境的重要组织方式。同时也是为改善城市绿色空间环境、构建城生态网络、倡导绿色健康出行以及践行低碳生活方式所采用的一种重要途径。结合武汉市相关规定,探索城市高校密集区通勤绿道建设的原则与方法,为将来大学集中城区内的通勤绿道在国内城市的广泛应用和理论研究提供基础参考。
[Abstract]:Starting from the reality of the rapid development of higher education in our country and the commuting behavior of college students caused by the present situation of the space environment in the dense areas of colleges and universities in our country, this paper explores how to create a reasonable and suitable living and learning environment for the students from the spatial level. Meet the daily commuting needs of college students. College students as the most important group in the region, planners should start from the point of view of students' needs, make use of urban service infrastructure, and care about the living requirements of college students so that college students can get the greatest degree of satisfaction. In addition, the relationship between the parties should be coordinated so that the parties can develop in a good direction. The core part of the thesis is based on the three aspects of environmental behavior theory. Firstly, the field investigation is carried out in Hongshan District of Wuhan City, which is concentrated in colleges and universities. Then the author points out that the commuting behavior and demand of college students caused by this special environment can not meet the needs of college students' daily commuting. Reference to domestic and foreign relevant cases, green road as a starting point to solve the problem. For the first time, this paper puts forward the concept of green road to meet the commuting demand of college students in the dense areas of urban colleges and universities. It emphasizes the function of transportation and commuting, adapts to the commuting mode of "walking bicycle" of college students in the area, and forms a compact and reasonable way through the regional green roads. Efficient and orderly spatial interaction mechanism to improve the accessibility and security of regional commuting, at the same time using the natural ecological function of green road, optimize the regional spatial natural environment, meet the leisure needs of college students in pursuit of quality and slow life after school. Create a green and sustainable spatial atmosphere. Through the commuting green road in the dense area of urban colleges and universities, connecting the functional groups in the area, reducing the daily commuting time consumption of college students, promoting the regional accessibility, meeting the commuting demand of the college students, and passing through the commuting green road in the urban university intensive areas, Optimize the natural environment of regional space and satisfy the yearning of college students for good space environment. Commuting green road is an innovative practice of humanization and ecological development of the city. As a special link in the urban green road network, it brings a new thinking direction for the future diversified development of green road. Commuting green road is an important way to create students' efficient life, increase communication opportunities and stimulate innovation environment. At the same time, it is an important way to improve the urban green space environment, to construct the city ecological network, to advocate the green and healthy travel and to practice the low-carbon lifestyle. In combination with the relevant regulations of Wuhan City, this paper explores the principles and methods of the construction of commuting green roads in the dense areas of urban colleges and universities, and provides a basic reference for the extensive application and theoretical research of the commuting green roads in the urban areas of universities in China in the future.
