行为需求导向的厦门高校综合性食堂灰空间优化设计研究

【摘要】:高校食堂是大学生生活学习中的重要场所。现代大学生生活学习方式及观念发生了较大变化,这使得食堂单一的餐饮功能服务已经不能使大学生满意。为了应对这种新需求,不少高校食堂表现出多种功能复合使用的特征。满足学生新需求的食堂空间不仅包括室内空间,也包括室外灰空间及室外露天空间。灰空间在解决已有的使用问题及满足学生新需求上有独特的优势,能够作为室内空间功能的有力补充,甚至自身就是满足某些新功能的主要场所。食堂多功能复合使用在厦门地区的高校中发展尚不成熟,无法满足多数大学生的需求。灰空间的建设或优化相对室内空间的建设具有时间短,投入少,改造难度低的特点,因此它对于食堂空间优化以应对学生新需求上有重要意义。本文通过研究厦门地区上世纪80年代至今出现三类典型综合性的高校食堂,观察食堂灰空出现的新功能与学生在使用过程中出现的问题,发掘食堂中闲置的灰空间和不合理的灰空间,并结合厦门地域性特点,利用改造手段对其优化。论文的主要研究工作概括如下:首先,通过阅读国内外高校食堂建设、规划、改造等相关方面的科技文献、新闻报道以及政策条文,了解到高校食堂建设和改造领域的研究现状,并发现国内外针对食堂灰空间的改造研究所处阶段。其次,通过分析厦门高校食堂近30年的空间功能和面积变化,总结厦门高校综合性食堂的类型。同时通过学生需求的初步问卷调查,找出具有研究价值的典型建筑案例。然后,通过对典型案例中综合性食堂的使用观察分析及对学生具体需求的深入分析找出需要改进的重点灰空间。最后,根据各类型的综合性食堂的特点和需求,提出改造策略,并通过实例验证。
[Abstract]:University cafeteria is an important place in college students' life and study. The way and concept of modern college students' life and learning have changed greatly. This makes the dining room single food and beverage service can not satisfy the students. In order to cope with this new demand, many college canteens show the features of multiple functions and compound use. The dining room space not only includes indoor space, but also includes outdoor grey space and outdoor outdoor space. Grey space has unique advantages to solve existing problems and meet the new needs of students. It can be a powerful supplement to indoor space function, and even is the main place to meet some new functions. The development of colleges and universities in Xiamen is not mature and unable to meet the needs of most college students. The construction of grey space or the construction of relative interior space has the characteristics of short time, low investment and low transformation, so it is of great significance for the dining room space optimization to cope with the new needs of the students. This article through the study of the Xiamen area. In the 80s of last century, there were three types of typical comprehensive college canteens, observing the new functions of the cafeteria and the problems appearing in the use of the students, excavating the idle grey space and irrational grey space in the canteen, and optimizing it with the regional characteristics of Xiamen. The main research work of the paper was summarized. As follows: first, through reading domestic and foreign university cafeteria construction, planning, transformation and other related scientific and technological literature, news reports and policy provisions, understand the research status of university cafeteria construction and transformation, and find the stage of research on the transformation of cafeteria grey space at home and abroad. Secondly, through the analysis of Xiamen university cafeteria in nearly 30 years At the same time, the types of comprehensive canteens in Xiamen colleges and universities are summed up. At the same time, through the preliminary questionnaire survey of students' demand, the typical architectural cases with research value are found out. Then, through the observation and analysis of the comprehensive canteen in the typical cases and the in-depth analysis of the students' physical demand, the key points for improvement are found out. Grey space. Finally, according to the characteristics and needs of various types of comprehensive canteens, the transformation strategy is put forward and verified by an example.
