住宅地送新风与地板辐射联合供暖关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着经济和社会的发展,当今世界能源、健康与环境问题日益严重,人们在追求居住空间美观与舒适的同时,越来越重视室内空气品质。通入新风是一种能够有效改善室内空气品质的手段,美国、日本、欧盟等发达国家新风系统已经被普及,而在我国,新风系统的普及率很低。为了满足建筑供暖或者制冷的节能需求及确保室内空气品质,新风系统的需求会逐渐增大。目前对通风技术和低温热水地板辐射供暖的研究较多,低温热水地板辐射供暖因节能、舒适、节约空间等优点已被广泛应用,但国内外关于新风与辐射采暖复合的成果较少。所以将地板送风与低温热水地板辐射供暖系统结合将是一种十分有意义的空气调节系统,有利于兼顾舒适和节能需求的新型住宅联合供暖技术的进一步开发与完善。本课题以应用低温热水地板辐射供暖与地板送风复合系统的房间为研究对象,利用实验和数值仿真的方法探讨了地板送风和地板辐射联合供暖系统对室内热环境的影响机理。首先,以温湿度独立控制理念提出了复合供暖系统设计计算的理论基础。其次,搭建了带热回收的辐射供冷(热)与新风复合空调系统的实验平台,在此实验平台基础上,对不同工况下地板辐射供暖与地板送风复合系统的室内流场特点进行了实验研究。最后,以实测数据作为边界条件,利用Airpak软件对应用复合供暖系统的房间进行了数值模拟计算,对室内温度场、速度场、PMV-PPD指标及室内垂直温度梯度进行了分析,并将部分模拟值与实测值进行对比,结果表明:当送风量一定,地板表面温度变化范围为25~27℃,送风温度变化范围为18~20℃,送风速度为0.4 m/s左右时,室内温度、空气速度及室内垂直温差处于舒适性范围内,满足人体热舒适需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the problems of energy, health and environment in the world are becoming more and more serious. People pay more and more attention to indoor air quality while pursuing beautiful and comfortable living space. Introduction of fresh air is an effective means to improve indoor air quality. In developed countries, such as the United States, Japan, European Union and other developed countries, the fresh air system has been popularized, but in our country, the popularization rate of fresh air system is very low. In order to meet the energy saving demand of building heating or refrigeration and to ensure indoor air quality, the demand of fresh air system will increase gradually. At present, there are many researches on ventilation technology and low temperature hot water floor radiant heating. Low temperature hot water floor radiant heating has been widely used because of its advantages of energy saving, comfort and space saving, but there are few achievements about the combination of fresh air and radiation heating at home and abroad. Therefore, the combination of floor air supply and low temperature hot water floor radiant heating system will be a very meaningful air conditioning system, which is conducive to the further development and improvement of a new type of residential combined heating technology which takes into account the needs of comfort and energy saving. In this paper, the influence mechanism of floor radiant heating system and floor radiant heating system on indoor thermal environment is discussed by means of experiment and numerical simulation. Firstly, based on the idea of independent control of temperature and humidity, the theoretical basis of design and calculation of compound heating system is put forward. Secondly, the experimental platform of radiative cooling (heat) and fresh air composite air conditioning system with heat recovery is built, and on the basis of this experimental platform, The indoor flow field characteristics of radiant floor heating and floor air supply system under different working conditions were studied experimentally. Finally, taking the measured data as the boundary condition, the room with composite heating system is numerically simulated by using Airpak software, and the indoor temperature field, velocity field and PMV-PPD index and vertical temperature gradient are analyzed.
