智慧城市的技术创新效应:基于杭州数据

【摘要】：产业集聚的创新效应是空间经济学的重要命题,但是智慧城市在要素集聚的基础上渗透了新兴信息技术,使得创新效应倍增,这一判断尚未引起学界重视。从系统集成视角对智慧城市建设诱发技术创新的作用机制进行理论分析,然后选取2001—2013年的时间跨度,对杭州市智慧城市的技术创新效应进行实证分析。其结果表明,杭州市智慧城市的核心解释变量宽带网络接入户数、基础网络设施建设投资额、网络信息技术及互联网企业数对技术创新效应代表性指标科技经费内部支出、专利申请授权量以及新产品产值都具有正向促进作用。其中,基础网络设施建设投资额对科技经费内部支出及新产品产值的正向推动作用较大,网络信息技术及互联网企业数对专利申请授权量的正向推动作用较大。
[Abstract]:The innovation effect of industrial agglomeration is an important proposition in spatial economics, but the wisdom city permeates new information technology on the basis of factor agglomeration, which makes the innovation effect double, and this judgment has not been paid much attention to by scholars. This paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of technology innovation induced by the construction of intelligent city from the perspective of system integration, and then selects the time span from 2001 to 2013 to make an empirical analysis on the effect of technological innovation in the intelligent city of Hangzhou. The results show that the core explanatory variable of Hangzhou Wisdom City is the number of broadband network access households, investment in infrastructure construction, network information technology and the number of Internet enterprises on the representative index of technological innovation effect. Patent application licensing volume and new product output value have a positive role in promoting. Among them, the investment in infrastructure construction plays a positive role in promoting the internal expenditure of science and technology funds and the output value of new products, and the number of network information technology and Internet enterprises has a great positive effect on patent application and authorization.
