【摘要】：在老工业基地城区老工业区搬迁改造的背景下,企业单位大院将会面临大规模的更新改造。在这个过程中如何协调更新与保护之间的关系,对于延续老工业基地的历史文化具有重要意义。以哈尔滨市为例,以企业单位大院为研究对象,探讨既有更新与保护实践的现状及存在问题,并在此基础上提出哈尔滨市企业单位大院的更新与保护策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the old industrial base city old industrial zone relocation and transformation, the enterprise unit compound will face the large-scale renewal and transformation. How to coordinate the relationship between renewal and protection in this process is of great significance to the continuation of the history and culture of the old industrial base. Taking Harbin as an example, taking the enterprise unit compound as the research object, the present situation and existing problems of existing renewal and protection practice are discussed, and on this basis, the renewal and protection strategy of Harbin enterprise unit compound is put forward.
