节约型园林理念下的山青院园林建设实践

【摘要】：随着我国城市化进程的加快,资源和环境问题越来越成为制约我国经济发展的首要难题,园林作为城镇建设中重要的一项,在这个关键的历史时期,应该将节约资源和保护环境放在首位。然而,在生态环境与资源问题日益突出的今天,我国很多行业仍然不能与时俱进,走资源浪费的老路子,这其中就包括风景园林行业,在我国很多的景观建设项目中都存在浪费现象。在规划设计阶段进行过度设计,不能从细部去贯彻节约型园林的设计理念;在施工阶段管理不到位,造成返工,浪费资源;后期养护投入较高,不能实现园林的可持续发展,这些都不符合生态文明建设对我国园林行业的发展要求。因此,在进行景观建设时要注意全过程的贯彻节约型园林理念,实现我国园林的健康发展。本文以当今园林建设为背景,对节约型园林理念的概念、内涵以及核心价值观进行研究,然后从理论上研究节约型园林理念在具体项目中的应用要点,探讨节约型园林理念应用于项目中的方法,最后以山青院项目为实践案例,小中见大,研究节约型园林理念在具体项目中的实践要点,进行节约理念应用于实际项目的方法探究。通过这种先研究理论,然后将理论应用于实践项目的方法,能够很好的对项目各个阶段节约型园林实施要点进行的总结,希望能为以后的类似贯彻节约型园林理念的园林项目提供宝贵的经验,使得节约理念更好的应用于实际项目,为我国的现代化建设做贡献。本文创新地方,首先从节约型园林理念的概念入手研究节约型园林理念的本质与内涵,从理论上认识节约型园林理念。其次对节约型园林理念在具体项目中的应用进行理论研究。最后从山青院的实际项目出发,理论结合实际,探讨节约型园林理念在具体项目中的实践要点。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, resource and environment problems have become the most important problems restricting the economic development of our country. Garden, as an important part of urban construction, is in this crucial historical period. The conservation of resources and the protection of the environment should be given priority. However, with the problem of ecological environment and resources becoming more and more prominent today, many industries in our country still cannot keep pace with the times and follow the old way of wasting resources, which includes the landscape architecture industry. Waste exists in many landscape construction projects in China. In the planning and design stage, excessive design can not be carried out from detail to carry out the design concept of energy-saving garden; in the construction phase management is not in place, resulting in rework, waste of resources; late maintenance investment is high, can not achieve the sustainable development of the garden, These are not in line with the construction of ecological civilization for the development of the landscape industry in China. Therefore, attention should be paid to carrying out the idea of saving garden in the whole process of landscape construction to realize the healthy development of Chinese garden. In this paper, the concept, connotation and core values of the concept of conservation garden are studied in the background of the present landscape architecture construction, and then the main points of application of the concept of conservation garden in specific projects are studied theoretically. This paper discusses the method of applying the idea of saving garden to the project. Finally, taking the project of Mountain Youth College as a practical case, the paper studies the key points of the practice of the idea of saving garden in the concrete project. The method of applying the idea of saving to the actual project is explored. Through this method of studying the theory first and then applying the theory to the practical project, it is possible to summarize the key points of the implementation of the economized garden in every stage of the project. Hope to provide valuable experience for the future similar to the implementation of the concept of energy-saving garden projects, so that the idea of economy is better applied to practical projects, and contribute to the modernization of our country. This article innovates the place, starts with the concept of the conservation-type garden concept, studies the essence and the connotation of the conservation-type garden idea, and understands the conservation-type garden idea from the theory. Secondly, the application of conservation garden concept in specific projects is studied theoretically. Finally, based on the actual project of mountain youth college, combining theory with practice, the paper discusses the key points of the practice of saving garden idea in the concrete project.
