绿色城市设计理念下的桑植县酉水风光产业带设计研究

【摘要】：我国的经济的高速增长与快速城镇化,为城市带来了自然环境恶化、文化结构断裂、社会活力缺失等问题。人类活动与生态环境、文化环境、社会环境的矛盾显著,追求城市的和谐与可持续发展已经成为城市建设的首要任务。构建城市空间的生态和谐、文化和谐以及社会和谐已经逐渐成为时代的主题。论文以绿色城市设计的理念为出发点,旨在构建绿色城市设计的策略体系,通过桑植县酉水风光产业带这一滨河景观风貌带的设计研究,加强绿色城市设计的理论研究与设计实践的衔接。论文总结了绿色城市设计的研究历程,论述了绿色城市设计的研究基础、基本概念与基本内涵。基于绿色城市设计的理念,系统分析了滨河景观带风貌带的相关案例,并结合案例分析以及对前期既有研究成果的梳理,提出了绿色城市设计理念下的滨河景观风貌带的技术体系,阐述了绿色城市设计理念下滨河景观风貌带设计的基本内容与设计原则。最后,基于前文的研究基础,阐述了绿色城市设计理念下的桑植县酉水风光产业带的设计过程。桑植县酉水风光产业带处于滨河地带,河道两侧地势变化复杂,且山洪等间歇式洪水多发。同时,桑植县历史文化底蕴深厚,红色文化与多民族文化交融形成了当地的文化积淀,而由于快速城镇化等因素,桑植县缺乏地域特色,城市形象的历史内涵并不突出。在规划与设计实践中,着重考虑了基于生态防灾的土地利用模式,延续地域特色的空间环境设计,尊重文化传统的建筑单体塑造,提升空间活力与旅游产业的功能结构组成,以及综合防灾减灾的空间布局等方面。论文将理论与实践相结合,探索如何在城市设计中促进并实现滨河景观带的绿色、可持续发展,强化了绿色城市设计的理论研究与设计实践的衔接,为形成绿色滨河景观带提供了指导性的策略方法。
[Abstract]:The rapid economic growth and rapid urbanization in China have brought about the deterioration of the natural environment, the rupture of the cultural structure, the lack of social vitality and so on. The contradiction between human activities and ecological environment, cultural environment and social environment is obvious. The pursuit of urban harmony and sustainable development has become the primary task of urban construction. Constructing ecological harmony, cultural harmony and social harmony in urban space has gradually become the theme of the times. With the idea of green city design as the starting point, this paper aims to construct the strategic system of green city design, and through the design of Youshui landscape industrial belt of Sangzhi county, the paper studies the design of riverside landscape belt. Strengthen the theory research of green city design and design practice link up. This paper summarizes the research course of green city design, discusses the research foundation, basic concept and basic connotation of green city design. Based on the concept of green city design, this paper systematically analyzes the related cases of the riverside landscape belt, and combines the case analysis and combing the previous research results. This paper puts forward the technical system of riverside landscape under the concept of green city design, and expounds the basic content and design principle of riverside landscape belt design under green city design concept. Finally, based on the previous research basis, this paper expounds the design process of Youshui Industrial Belt in Sangzhi County under the concept of green city design. Sangzhi County Youshui scenery industry belt is located in the riverside zone, the riverside topography change is complex, and flash floods and other intermittent floods. At the same time, the historical and cultural heritage of Sangzhi County is deep, and the blend of red culture and multi-national culture forms the local cultural accumulation. However, due to the rapid urbanization and other factors, Sangzhi County lacks regional characteristics, and the historical connotation of the city image is not prominent. In the practice of planning and design, the land use mode based on ecological disaster prevention, the design of space environment with regional characteristics, the building monomer molded with respect for cultural tradition, the promotion of spatial vitality and the functional structure of tourism industry are considered emphatically. And the spatial layout of comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation. Combining theory with practice, this paper explores how to promote and realize the green and sustainable development of riverfront landscape in urban design, and strengthen the link between the theoretical research and design practice of green urban design. It provides a guiding strategy for the formation of green riverside landscape.
