桁架层箱形接口错边纠偏技术

【摘要】:一般的钢柱、钢梁结构普遍存在牛腿,以便满足建筑整体结构和力学的设计要求。桁架结构中普遍存在箱形斜牛腿,安装过程中常因加工制作偏差而造成接口错边现象,从而导致构件端口无法匹配和安装。本技术对桁架层斜牛腿箱形接口错边过大,通过放样划线,标记错边坐标点,采用切割变更错边余量,选用小规格焊接参数焊接填充,辅以火焰微调矫正,最后进行预拼装验收,实现了以局部调整、经济效益高的牛腿箱形接口错边纠偏,达到现场安装施工的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the design requirements of the whole structure and mechanics of the building, the common steel column and the steel beam structure generally exist the corbel leg. In truss structure there is a common box-shaped slanting leg. During the installation process the misalignment of the interface often results in the mismatch and installation of the component ports. In this technology, the cross edge of the inclined corbel box interface of truss layer is too large. By setting out the line, marking the staggered edge coordinate point, using cutting to change the offset margin, selecting the welding parameters of small size welding filling, and correcting with flame fine adjustment, Finally, the pre-assembly acceptance is carried out, and the error correction of the corbel box interface with local adjustment and high economic benefit is realized, which can meet the requirements of field installation and construction.
