【摘要】：成本管理是项目管理的重要内容之一,同时也是整个项目管理中的难点问题。成本管理以整个项目为管理对象,依托项目整体发展战略而制定相应的管理体系,通过对项目成本信息的全面解读,通过一系列的措施和手段来降低项目成本,进而提高整个项目的利润。在信息化快速发展的背景下,成本管理信息系统成为项目成本管理中的重要组成部分,对于项目管理起着关键性的作用。项目成本管理信息系统以项目发展中的各种成本数据为基础,通过对这些成本数据的分析做出相应的决策。虽然项目成本管理在近年来取得了很大的进步,但是目前项目成本管理以及项目成本管理信息系统在发展的过程中仍然存在多方面的问题和不足,目前所采用的粗放型的成本管理数据无法满足现代社会对项目成本管理的要求,因此在项目成本信息系统发展的过程中需要不断进行数据的精细化。精细化的成本数据能够更加准确的对项目成本进行核算,能够帮助管理者进行更好的管理和决策。因此在这样的背景下,建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统就成为成本管理的主要平台,通过建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的设计和开发,实现建筑工程项目成本管理的精细化操作,更好的进行建筑工程项目的成本管理。本文在建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的设计和开发过程中,对建筑企业成本管理中存在的问题和不足进行了分析,针对目前建筑企业在成本管理方面的不足提出了相关的方案。通过对建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的需求分析,提出了建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统开发和设计的主要思路和实施方案。具体来讲,建筑工程项目在成本管理过程中,首先对建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的需求进行了分析;其次在需求分析道基础上对建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的总体设计和详细设计进行了分析;再次在前文分析的基础上对建筑工程项目成本管理信息系统的实现进行了全方位的分析和探讨;最后,为了确保本文所设计和开发的系统能够满足建筑企业的实际需求,对建筑工程项目成本管理系统从功能和非功能层面对系统进行了测试。
[Abstract]:Cost management is one of the important contents of project management, and it is also a difficult problem in the whole project management. The cost management takes the whole project as the management object, relies on the project overall development strategy to formulate the corresponding management system, through the comprehensive interpretation of the project cost information, through a series of measures and means to reduce the project cost, Thus increasing the profits of the whole project. With the rapid development of information technology, cost management information system has become an important part of project cost management and plays a key role in project management. The project cost management information system is based on various cost data in the development of the project and makes corresponding decisions through the analysis of these cost data. Although project cost management has made great progress in recent years, there are still many problems and deficiencies in the development of project cost management and project cost management information system. The extensive cost management data used at present can not meet the requirements of project cost management in modern society, so it is necessary to refine the data in the process of development of project cost information system. Fine cost data can be more accurate to the project cost accounting, can help managers to better management and decision-making. Therefore, under this background, the cost management information system of construction project becomes the main platform of cost management, through the design and development of cost management information system of construction project, Realize the fine operation of cost management of construction project, better carry on the cost management of construction project. In the course of designing and developing the cost management information system of construction project, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the cost management of construction enterprise. Aiming at the shortage of cost management in construction enterprises at present, this paper puts forward some related schemes. Based on the requirement analysis of cost management information system of construction project, this paper puts forward the main idea and implementation scheme of the development and design of cost management information system of construction project. Specifically, in the process of cost management, the requirement of cost management information system of construction project is analyzed. Secondly, the overall design and detailed design of the construction project cost management information system are analyzed on the basis of requirement analysis. Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper analyzes and discusses the realization of the cost management information system of the construction project. Finally, in order to ensure that the system designed and developed in this paper can meet the actual needs of the construction enterprise, The cost management system of construction project is tested from functional and non-functional aspects.
