多层购物中心零售空间的可视性研究——以长沙德思勤四季汇为例

【摘要】:本文运用空间句法理论对长沙德思勤四季汇购物中心进行可视性分析,通过调研零售空间人流分布测度及其空间价值,提出橱窗界面的空间系数与深度系数两个组合变量,通过回归分析,发现其对店铺空间价值具有显著正向影响,并为优化空间结构、提升空间价值提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the spatial syntactic theory, this paper analyzes the visibility of Season Shopping Center in Changsha, and puts forward two combined variables of spatial coefficient and depth coefficient of window interface by investigating the measurement of the distribution of retail space passenger flow and its spatial value. Through regression analysis, it is found that it has a significant positive impact on the spatial value of the shop, and provides a new way of thinking for optimizing the spatial structure and promoting the spatial value.
