民族文化视角下的八岔赫哲族乡灾后重建规划研究

【摘要】：近几年,全球自然灾害的年平均发生次数呈上升趋势,灾害所带来的损失也逐年上升,我国也是世界上受自然灾害影响最严重的国家之一,其中少数民族地区受自然灾害的影响更加明显,如何将灾后重建工作妥善落实已经成为全世界所关注的问题,在重建工作中如何保护和传承传统民族文化,并将其融入规划建设中也是这个时代要思考的问题。我国是一个多民族的国家,多个民族多种文化组成了我们的大家庭,并且民族文化是在历史的积淀中逐渐形成的。对于一个少数民族而言,独特的文化则是其存在的见证和发展的基础。少数民族的聚居地在规划建设时应该有本民族的传统特色。赫哲族在我国少数民族的家庭中人口数量很少的民族,但是其悠久的历史和独特的民族文化是我们不可忽视的。本文以黑龙江省同江市八岔赫哲族乡灾后重建规划为例,从继承和发扬本民族文化的角度出发,阐述了民族文化视角下的灾后重建规划的重要性,分析了国内外相关案例中遇到的问题,提出了从传承赫哲族文化、提升民族活力、构建可持续发展三方面入手进行规划设计的解决方法。本文通过对赫哲族传统民族文化的深入了解,将其具有代表性的文化、图纹、图腾、民俗等通过抽象处理,将其融入规划总体格局、功能结构、路网景观以及建筑设计等方面,在规划和建设中充分体现赫哲族民族文化的内涵,更好的继承和发扬赫哲族的传统民族文化,本研究旨在灾后重建的过程中不仅要重建八岔赫哲族乡人民赖以生存的物质家园,更希望在这个过程中重建其精神家园找到方法和路径,本研究是将民族文化融入少数民族地区灾后重建规划的一次积极探索,并期望为我国其他地区少数民族聚居地灾后重建规划提供经验和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the annual average number of natural disasters in the world has been on the rise, and the losses caused by disasters have also increased year by year. China is also one of the countries most seriously affected by natural disasters in the world. Among them, the impact of natural disasters on ethnic minority areas is even more obvious. How to properly implement the post-disaster reconstruction work has become a worldwide concern, and how to protect and inherit the traditional national culture in the reconstruction work, And its integration into the planning and construction is also a problem to be considered in this era. Our country is a multi-national country, many nationalities and many cultures form our big family, and the national culture is gradually formed in the accumulation of history. For a minority, the unique culture is the basis of its existence and development. The settlement of ethnic minorities should have the traditional characteristics of their own when planning and construction. The Hezhen nationality has a small population in the minority families of our country, but its long history and unique national culture can not be ignored. This paper takes the reconstruction planning of Bacha Hezhen nationality in Tongjiang City, Heilongjiang Province as an example, from the angle of inheriting and carrying forward the national culture, expounds the importance of post-disaster reconstruction planning from the perspective of national culture. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the related cases at home and abroad, and puts forward the solutions to the planning and design from three aspects: inheriting the Hezhen culture, promoting the national vitality, and constructing the sustainable development. Through the deep understanding of the traditional national culture of the Hezhen nationality, the representative culture, totem, folklore and so on are treated in the abstract, which is integrated into the overall planning pattern, the function structure, the road network landscape and the architectural design, and so on. In the planning and construction, the connotation of the national culture of the Hezhen nationality is fully embodied, and the traditional national culture of the Hezhen nationality is better inherited and developed. The purpose of this study is not only to rebuild the material homeland on which the Bacha Hezhen people depend for their survival, but also to rebuild the process of reconstruction after the disaster. In the process of rebuilding their spiritual homeland, we hope to find a way and path. This study is an active exploration to integrate ethnic culture into the post-disaster reconstruction planning of minority areas. It also expects to provide experience and reference for the reconstruction planning of minority areas in other regions of China.
