南京市务本蚕种场研究及其更新改造

【摘要】:作为一座城市的亲历者——历史建筑,它见证了一座城市的沧桑变迁,对传承城市文明和发扬历史文化起到了不可替代的作用。但是,在高速的城市建设浪潮中,它们又面临着被拆除的困境。如何保护和利用历史建筑成为城市建设者不可避免的课题。当然,伴随着公民素质的提高和社会的发展,保护历史建筑开始越来越引起人们的关注,尤其是对于历史城市中的历史建筑,人们对待它们的态度也越来越谨慎和理性。南京作为历史文化名城,在对待历史建筑的态度上自然要起到带头和示范作用,本文将以南京市务本蚕种制造场旧址为研究对象去探索历史建筑保护和更新的策略与方法,从而希望能为历史城市的更新与改造提供一些建议。蚕种场建筑是为了配合蚕业生产而建造的,有其自身独特的建筑魅力,它的独特性体现在完全遵循蚕的生命周期来组织空间、安排流线和调控环境,它是合理运用工农业技术以及适时融入乡土与现代化技艺而产生的独特建筑类型。虽然在经历了近百年的历史沧桑和变迁之后我们很难再看到当时发生在里面的热闹场景以及蚕室建筑在采光、通风等环境调控方面发挥的独特而微妙的变化。但是,作为历史建筑这个大家庭的重要组成成员,蚕种场建筑却为我们打开了一扇窗,它给今天的我们提供了更多的可能性去发掘属于它的魅力,找寻更多的可能性。每一座历史建筑都有其自身独特的建筑造型、空间布局和功能特点,在改造的过程中,我们不能千篇一律,因地制宜才是合理的办法。我们需要发掘建筑特征,在新的时代环境下展现新的活力。通过上面的论述我们已经了解蚕种场建筑与其他历史建筑的不同,对它们的更新改造自然也要区别对待。本文共由五个章节组成。第一章为绪论;第二章主要从对务本蚕种场的历史和价值研究这两方面展开;第三章介绍务本蚕种场建筑调研报告,为后面的设计提供一个基础;第四章为更新改造策略,对第三章提出的问题一一进行回应,并对建筑局部进行修复,主要针对老虎窗和檐沟;第五章为设计成果的展现。
[Abstract]:As a historical building, it witnessed the vicissitudes of a city and played an irreplaceable role in inheriting urban civilization and carrying forward historical culture. However, in the wave of high-speed urban construction, they are facing the dilemma of being dismantled. How to protect and utilize historical buildings has become an inevitable topic for urban builders. Of course, with the improvement of the quality of citizens and the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the protection of historical buildings, especially for the historical buildings in historical cities, people's attitude towards them is becoming more and more cautious and rational. Nanjing, as a famous historical and cultural city, naturally has to take the lead and demonstrate its attitude towards historical buildings. This paper will explore the strategies and methods for the protection and renewal of historical buildings by taking the site of the silkworm eggs manufacturing site in Nanjing as the research object. It is hoped that some suggestions can be provided for the renewal and transformation of historical cities. The construction of silkworm farm is built to cooperate with the sericulture production. It has its own unique architectural charm. Its uniqueness is that it completely follows the life cycle of the silkworm to organize the space, arrange the streamline and regulate the environment. It is a unique architectural type resulting from the rational use of industrial and agricultural technology and timely integration of local and modern techniques. Although after nearly 100 years of historical vicissitudes and vicissitudes, it is difficult to see the lively scene that occurred inside at that time and the unique and subtle changes in lighting, ventilation and other environmental regulation and control of sericulture buildings. However, as an important member of the family of historic buildings, silkworm farm architecture has opened a window for us, which provides us with more possibilities to explore its charm and explore more possibilities. Each historical building has its own unique architectural modeling, spatial layout and functional characteristics, in the process of transformation, we can not be uniform, according to local conditions is the reasonable way. We need to explore architectural features and show new vitality in the new era. Through the above discussion, we have understood the difference between the silkworm farm buildings and other historical buildings, and the renewal and transformation of them should be treated differently. This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter mainly starts from the history and the value research of the silkworm farm; the third chapter introduces the research report of the silkworm farm architecture, which provides a foundation for the design; the fourth chapter is the strategy of renewal and transformation. To the third chapter put forward the question one by one to carry on the response, and carries on the repair to the building partial, mainly aimed at the tiger window and the eaves ditch; the fifth chapter is the design achievement display.
