装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系适用性评价研究

【摘要】:针对我国目前资源短缺、劳动力成本高昂、新型城镇化进程加快的现状,建筑业产业结构升级的需求日益增加,各地掀起了装配式混凝土建筑研究及应用的热潮。但目前我国的装配式混凝土结构建筑仍处于初级发展阶段,相应的标准体系尚不完善,制约了装配式混凝土建筑的发展。现阶段如何完善装配式混凝土结构建筑的标准体系仍亟待解决,首先就需要对现阶段标准体系的适用性进行研究。为此,本文对装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系的适用性进行研究,以找出标准体系的合理之处与不适用之处,提高现行标准的科学性、实用性以及有效性,促进装配式混凝土结构建筑现行标准的有效实施,为构建一个完善、适用的标准体系奠定基础。本文对我国装配式建筑标准体系的发展历程及各阶段标准体系框架进行了梳理及分析,明晰我国现阶段装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系的现状,结合已有文献研究,分别从标准体系内部层面与外部层面对装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系适用性进行分析,其中内部层面从微观与宏观的角度切入分析,外部层面分别从效益性、周期性以及使用性进行分析,并在此基础上构建装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系适用性评价模型,运用DEMATEL方法筛选出最终的评价指标。同时结合本文的研究目的及各评价方法的优缺点,选择基于中心点三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评价方法作为本文的评价方法。本文以我国现行的装配式混凝土建筑标准体系为例,通过咨询相关专家及技术人员的意见将适用性评价对象的水平划分成若干灰类,并确定各灰类的数据范围,最后将各专家的打分值代入各灰类集合得到综合聚类系数,根据隶属度最大原则判断装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系适用性所属的灰类。同时根据评价结果得出结论,提出装配式混凝土结构建筑标准体系完善的建议。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortage of resources, the high labor cost, the accelerated process of new urbanization and the increasing demand for the upgrading of the industrial structure of the construction industry, there has been an upsurge in the research and application of prefabricated concrete buildings in various places. But at present, the prefabricated concrete structure building in our country is still in the primary stage of development, and the corresponding standard system is not perfect, which restricts the development of the prefabricated concrete building. At present, how to perfect the standard system of prefabricated concrete structure is still urgent to be solved. Firstly, it is necessary to study the applicability of the present standard system. Therefore, this paper studies the applicability of the building standard system of prefabricated concrete structure, in order to find out the rationality and inapplicability of the standard system, and to improve the scientific, practical and effective of the current standard. To promote the effective implementation of the existing standards of prefabricated concrete structures, and to lay a foundation for the construction of a perfect and applicable standard system. In this paper, the course of development and the frame of standard system of each stage of prefabricated building standard system in our country are analyzed, and the present situation of building standard system of prefabricated concrete structure in our country is clarified, combined with the research of existing literature. The applicability of the building standard system of prefabricated concrete structure is analyzed from the internal and external levels of the standard system respectively, in which the internal level is analyzed from the micro and macro angle, and the external level from the perspective of efficiency. Based on the analysis of periodicity and serviceability, an evaluation model of the applicability of building standard system for prefabricated concrete structures is constructed, and the final evaluation index is screened by using DEMATEL method. At the same time, according to the purpose of this paper and the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method, the grey clustering evaluation method based on center point triangle whitening weight function is selected as the evaluation method of this paper. Taking the present standard system of prefabricated concrete building in China as an example, the level of applicability evaluation object is divided into several ash classes by consulting relevant experts and technicians, and the data range of each ash class is determined. Finally, the scoring value of each expert is substituted into each grey class set to obtain the comprehensive clustering coefficient, and the grey class belonging to the building standard system of assembled concrete structure is judged according to the principle of maximum membership degree. At the same time, according to the result of evaluation, the paper puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the building standard system of prefabricated concrete structure.
