基于低碳理念的闽北山区特色民居开发研究

【摘要】:我国国土面积辽阔,生态环境多样,南北差异较大,有着不同的文化特色、风土人情和审美观念等,在历史的积淀中,逐渐形成了带有不同地域风格特点的民居建筑。它们不仅有着深厚的文化内涵、鲜明的风格特征,而且充分反映了人与自然和谐共生的理念。闽北山区有着特有的山地特点,经济相对沿海地区较落后,如何发展绿色第三产业,充分利用山地森林资源,深化山海合作,发展森林生态旅游是帮助闽北山区经济腾飞的一种策略,为适应国家大政策,对闽北民居特色的体现提出了更高的要求;我们在关注传统民居建筑审美价值的同时,更要关注其蕴含的民居特色,及时挖掘民居特色元素以及传统生态思想,在充分考虑低碳绿色环保的前提下,研究新型民居建筑,使其既保持传统特点,体现地方文化特色,又具有新时代的特征。本文针对闽北山区特色民居的建筑特点,充分调研了闽北地区四大古镇:邵武和平古镇、武夷山下梅村、延平区峡阳镇、顺昌县元坑镇,从低碳的角度着手,对闽北山区民居建筑进行了认真细致的研究,论文的主要研究工作如下:(1)深入阐述低碳理念与低碳建筑的特点,从节能环保的角度理清闽北山区民居在低碳方面应该要注意的问题。(2)从自然地理环境、思想文化、经济生活等方面重点分析民居形制形成的综合要素。(3)采用现场测绘、文献检索、个案研究等研究方法,对闽北四座典型古镇的建筑风格与建筑特色进行调查分析,从村落布局、建筑单体功能、建筑结构、建筑装饰美学、室内装修等方面对建筑群落、建筑内外部空间设计进行深入研究,并将现状民居建筑存在的问题加以总结,两者横向对比,提出民居建设中保护传统特色的重要性。(4)采用比较研究、分析研究、讨论法、观察法等研究方法,对闽北四座典型古镇传统民居的低碳特色进行总结并提出提升利用的方法,再进一步从充分利用可再生能源和降低民居建筑能耗两方面入手,研究能适合闽北山地民居的低碳措施,提出新民居开发研究的途径。闽北山区现有民居由于人们对居住条件改善的刚性需求和山区经济逐步富裕,富有特色的民居建筑正逐步被单一的钢筋混凝土结构的房建所替代,及时挖掘民居特色元素,开发研究出符合山区农村需要,富有地方特色,与山区美景融为一体的融合现代、传统文化元素的民居设计方法,供闽北山区农村旧房改造选择,具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Our country has vast land area, diverse ecological environment, great difference between north and south, and has different cultural characteristics, local customs and aesthetic concepts, etc. In the accumulation of history, folk houses with different regional styles have been gradually formed. They not only have profound cultural connotation and distinctive style characteristics, but also fully reflect the concept of harmony and symbiosis between man and nature. The mountainous area of northern Fujian has its own mountain features, and its economy is relatively backward compared with the coastal areas. How to develop green tertiary industry, make full use of mountain forest resources, and deepen mountain and sea cooperation, The development of forest ecotourism is a strategy to help the economic take-off in the mountainous area of northern Fujian. In order to adapt to the national policy, we put forward higher requirements for the embodiment of the characteristics of the folk houses in the north of Fujian. While we are paying attention to the aesthetic value of the traditional residential buildings, We should pay more attention to the characteristics of the houses, excavate the characteristic elements of the houses and the traditional ecological thoughts in time, study the new residential buildings under the premise of fully considering the low carbon green and environmental protection, so that they can not only maintain the traditional characteristics, but also reflect the local cultural characteristics. Also has the new era characteristic. In view of the architectural characteristics of folk houses in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian, this paper makes a full investigation of the four ancient towns in the north of Fujian: Shaowuhe Ancient Town, Wuyishan Xiamei Village, Xianyang Town, Yanping District, Yuanhang Town, Shunchang County, from the perspective of low carbon. This paper makes a careful study of residential buildings in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the concept of low carbon and the characteristics of low carbon buildings are expounded in depth. From the point of view of energy saving and environmental protection, we should pay attention to the problem of low-carbon residential buildings in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian. (2) analyze the comprehensive elements of the formation of residential structure from the aspects of natural geographical environment, ideology and culture, economic life, etc.) and adopt field surveying and mapping. This paper investigates and analyzes the architectural style and architectural characteristics of four typical ancient towns in northern Fujian by literature retrieval and case study. It includes village layout, architectural function, architectural structure, architectural decoration aesthetics, and so on. Interior decoration and other aspects of the architectural community, architectural internal and external space design in-depth study, and the current situation of residential architecture problems are summarized, the two horizontal comparison, This paper puts forward the importance of protecting traditional characteristics in the construction of folk houses.) by means of comparative study, analysis, discussion, observation and other research methods, this paper summarizes the low carbon characteristics of traditional houses in four typical ancient towns in northern Fujian, and puts forward some methods to enhance their utilization. Further more, from the two aspects of making full use of renewable energy and reducing the energy consumption of residential buildings, this paper studies the low-carbon measures suitable for the residential buildings in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian, and puts forward the ways to develop and study the new residential buildings. Due to the rigid demand of people for the improvement of living conditions and the gradual prosperity of the mountain economy, the existing residential buildings in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian are gradually being replaced by the houses with a single reinforced concrete structure, and the characteristic elements of the houses are being excavated in time. It is of great significance to develop and study the design method of dwelling houses that meet the needs of rural areas in mountainous areas, rich in local characteristics and integrated with the beautiful scenery of mountain areas, which are integrated with modern and traditional cultural elements, and can be selected for the transformation of old houses in rural areas of northern Fujian.
