北京南法信26街社区销售展示中心设计与研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究了两个内容,一个是社区销售中心的特性及相应的设计策略,另外一个是社区销售中心的设计实践——北京南法信26街社区销售展示中心的设计。通过前期资料的收集、文献的查阅,总结社区销售中心的主要特点:有一定程度的“郊区化”趋势、“展示性”、“临时性”。针对这三个特点分别进行研究:处于郊区的基地有何特点,常规的设计策略是什么,在郊区建设销售中心与城市中有何不同,应该关注的设计要点有何差异;社区销售中心的“展示性”的形成内在机制,及如何通过建筑设计的方式来实现其展示性;面对社区销售中心的“临时性”带来的资源浪费、环境污染的问题,该如何在建筑设计之中有效的应对。文章的思路是先对社区销售中心的三点特点及设计策略进行归纳总结,然后在此理论研究的基础上,是社区销售中心针对这三点的设计中的实践,结合实际项目分析理论如何在实践中操作以及在实践中这些策略的可行性及存在的问题。文章总共划分为五个章节,第一章节阐述课题研究的背景、内容、目的和意义,第二章节为郊区社区销售中心的特点研究及问题的设计解决策略,其中结合了相关的案例研究,这部分为课题的理论研究。第三章节为课题的设计实践,详细描述针对课题提出的问题如何在设计中予以回应解决。第四章节对建成的项目进行了展示与反思。第五章节对该实际案例作为课题解决的优缺点进行了分析,并针对社区销售中心这一课题进行了重新的归纳,最后是通过前期的理论内容的研究和实际工程项目的全程跟进,总结了自己对于建筑认知上的一些的提升。
[Abstract]:This article mainly studies two contents, one is the community sales center characteristic and the corresponding design strategy, the other is the community sales center design practice-Beijing Nanfaxin 26th Street community sales exhibition center design. The main characteristics of the community sales center are summarized through the collection of the earlier data and the reference of the literature: there is a certain degree of "suburbanization" trend, "display", "temporary". According to the three characteristics of the study: what are the characteristics of the base in the suburbs, what is the conventional design strategy, what is the difference between the suburban construction and sales center and the city, and what should be concerned about the design points; The inherent mechanism of the "demonstration" of the community sales center and how to realize the demonstration through the architectural design, facing the problem of the waste of resources and the pollution of the environment caused by the "temporary" of the community sales center, How to respond effectively in architectural design. The idea of this article is to sum up the three features and design strategies of the community sales center first, and then, on the basis of this theoretical research, it is the practice of the community sales center in the design of these three points. Combined with the practical project analysis theory, how to operate in practice and the feasibility and problems of these strategies in practice. The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter describes the background, content, purpose and significance of the research, the second chapter is the characteristics of the suburban community sales center and the design strategy of the problem, which combines the relevant case studies. This part is the theoretical study of the subject. The third chapter is the design practice of the subject, describes in detail how to solve the problems raised in the design. The fourth chapter shows and reflects on the completed project. The fifth chapter analyzes the merits and demerits of the actual case as a subject, and reinduces the topic of community sales center, finally through the previous theoretical research and the follow-up of the actual project. Summed up their own architectural awareness of some of the improvement.
