混凝土与混凝土接触摩擦特性的试验研究

【摘要】:为分析混凝土与混凝土接触特性,采用直剪试验和单轴压缩试验分别研究了混凝土与混凝土接触法向和切向接触特性。试验结果表明接触面剪切应力随剪切位移变化过程可分为弹性变形阶段、塑性硬化变形阶段;剪切应力达到峰值后,接触面仍处于较高的应力状态,试件局部位置出现破坏。Archhard非线性摩擦幂次准则能够较好的描绘出剪切应力峰值与轴向应力的关系,为相似接触条件问题剪切应力峰值的估计和预测提供依据。在混凝土未产生破坏时,接触面的法向和切向接触刚度可分别取值为28.95、12.77 MPa/mm,为相似接触条件的分析计算提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the contact characteristics between concrete and concrete, direct shear test and uniaxial compression test were used to study the normal and tangential contact characteristics of concrete and concrete respectively. The experimental results show that the process of shear stress variation with shear displacement can be divided into elastic deformation stage and plastic hardening deformation stage, and the contact surface is still in a high stress state when the shear stress reaches its peak. The relationship between the shear stress peak and the axial stress can be well described by the Archhard nonlinear friction power criterion, which provides a basis for estimating and predicting the shear stress peak in similar contact conditions. The normal and tangential contact stiffness of the contact surface is 28.95 ~ 12.77 MPA / mm, which provides a reference for the analysis and calculation of the similar contact conditions.
