居家养老模式下居住小区规划设计研究

【摘要】：随着人口老龄化进程速度的加快,老年居住产业也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。从“9073”养老格局中可以看出,10%的老人选择了“社区养老、机构养老”为养老模式,而选择依靠自身家庭和亲人照料的居家养老模式占总数的90%。一个人的老去是一个逐渐发生的过程,未来居住小区的建设应当满足老年人及其他各年龄阶段居住者的养老需求。文章以满足居民居家养老需求为目的,以国内外居家养老理论研究、居家养老需求调查、现状居住小区规划调查为手段,构建居家养老模式下居住小区规划设计方法(包括选址、规模、住宅类型及套型比例、服务设施类型及配置、空间布局、室外环境等方面内容),并以实际小区为案例进行实证研究。找出一种符合居民居家养老要求的居住小区规划设计方法,为即将新建及改建的居住小区规划建设工作提供借鉴和启示。利用城乡规划学科研究方法与设计手段,探索一种符合中国传统赡养理念的居家养老模式下居住小区规划设计方法。在现有居住小区的基础上增加配置适当的养老住宅、适老化住宅、养老服务设施及适老化空间环境为创新,提出一种适合我国现阶段社会发展水平的居家养老模式居住小区规划设计方法,使老人可以不脱离亲情、不脱离熟悉的社会生活环境,尽享天伦之乐。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of population aging process, the elderly housing industry also ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. From the pattern of "9073", it can be seen that 10% of the elderly choose "community old-age care, institutional old-age care" as the pension model, while 90% of the elderly choose to rely on their own families and relatives to care for the old-age model at home. A person's old age is a gradual process, the construction of the future residential area should meet the needs of the elderly and other age groups. The purpose of this paper is to meet the needs of the residents at home and abroad, to study the theory of the aged at home and abroad, to investigate the demand for the aged at home and abroad, and to investigate the planning of the current residential areas. Construction of residential district planning and design methods (including location, scale, housing type and suite ratio, type and configuration of service facilities, spatial layout, etc. Outdoor environment and other aspects of the content, and the actual community as a case study. To find out a method of residential district planning and design according to the requirements of the residents' home for the aged, and to provide reference and inspiration for the planning and construction of the residential district that will soon be built and rebuilt. By using the research method and design method of urban and rural planning subject, this paper explores a method of residential district planning and design in accordance with Chinese traditional maintenance concept. On the basis of existing residential areas, it is innovative to increase the allocation of appropriate old-age housing, suitable aging housing, old-age service facilities and suitable aging space environment. This paper puts forward a method of planning and designing the residential district of the home old-age pension model, which is suitable for the present social development level of our country, so that the elderly can enjoy the happiness of their family and family without breaking away from their kinship and familiar social living environment.
