混凝土养护剂的发展现状与展望

【摘要】：混凝土施工过程中使用养护剂对维持内部湿度、促进水化进程、发展混凝土各性能都具有积极作用。本文简要介绍了目前用于混凝土的各类养护剂研究现状,并将其分为内养护剂和外养护剂,其中内养护剂包括无机类、有机乳液类、有机无机复合类三种,而外养护剂主要以饱水轻集料、溶剂型树脂两类为主;重点阐述了各种养护剂对混凝土的养护机理及养护效果,同时还总结了各自优缺点;最后对混凝土养护剂的发展趋势进行了展望。
[Abstract]:The use of curing agent in the construction process of concrete has a positive effect on maintaining internal humidity, promoting the process of hydration and developing the performance of concrete. This paper briefly introduces the current research status of various curing agents used in concrete, and divides it into internal curing agent and external curing agent. The curing agent in the concrete includes inorganic, organic emulsion and organic curing agent. There are three kinds of inorganic compound, but the main external curing agent mainly is light filling material and two kinds of solvent based resin. The curing mechanism and curing effect of various curing agents on concrete are emphasized. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the curing agents are summarized, and the development trend of concrete curing agent is prospected.
