高扬程泵站停泵水锤防护措施的比较与分析

【摘要】:高扬程泵站因流量大、扬程高,在事故工况时极易发生严重的断流弥合水锤。以水锤分析为基础,结合工程实例,并通过数值模拟对事故工况时高扬程泵站的水力过渡过程进行计算分析,结果表明:采用调压塔+空气阀+泵端液控蝶阀防护效果最佳,将单向调压塔装设在起伏管道的最高点可有效消除负压和降低停泵水锤带来的升压。
[Abstract]:Due to the large flow and high lift, the high lift pump station is prone to serious water hammer in the accident condition. Based on the water hammer analysis, the hydraulic transition process of the high lift pump station is calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the pressure regulating tower + air valve + pump end hydraulic butterfly valve protection is adopted. The effect is the best. Installing the one-way surge tank at the highest point of the undulating pipeline can effectively eliminate negative pressure and reduce the pressure brought by the water hammer.
