城市近郊生态田园养老院设计初探

【摘要】：近年来,我国老年人口迅速增加,人口老龄化将会是中国未来发展面临的巨大挑战。我国现阶段的养老政策、养老设施以及养老服务的发展都相对滞后,现有的养老模式已经不能满足日益增长的养老市场的需求,养老产业多元化、多层次发展将会成为老龄事业发展的必然趋势。城市近郊生态田园养老就是在这种形势下应运而生的养老模式,既能在一定程度上缓解城市老龄人口养老的问题,也可就地解决部分农民养老的难题,并且为郊区的产业发展提供了新的思路,是利用郊区生态资源的核心优势发展起来的新型健康养老服务产业。目前,城市近郊生态田园养老产业发展还处在探索阶段,现有的相关文献研究多集中在一些开发模式、运营模式的相关探讨,缺乏居住环境营造的具体设计方法和策略。因此,论文以老人对生态田园养老的需求为切入点,展开城市近郊生态田园养老院设计方法的探讨。论文首先从我国老龄化社会现状入手,分析我国现阶段养老的现状以及存在的问题,结合国内外先进的养老理论和实践研究,尝试提出城市近郊生态田园养老的概念,在此基础上展开论文的研究。在第二章阐述了城市近郊生态田园养老的一些基础研究,包括老年人对居住环境的需求特征、田园生活的特征以及其他相关的理论研究。其中老年人对居住环境的需求特征是论文研究的基础,田园生活特征是论文研究的特色,生态环境心理学、田园城市理论为论文的展开提供理论依据。在论文第三章是对城市近郊生态田园养老的需求和相关案例进行调研分析,在此基础上尝试提出适合我国社会发展的新型养老模式——城市近郊生态田园养老的模式特征,明确城市近郊生态养老模式适用的老年群体。在论文第四章展开城市近郊生态田园养老院的设计方法研究,从选址、总体布局、建筑设计和田园景观环境设计四个方面阐述城市近郊生态田园养老院设计与一般养老机构设计的异同,总结出城市近郊生态田园养老院设计的理论方法。根据提出的理论方法在论文的第五章以草堂生态田园养老院的方案设计为例,进行城市近郊生态田园养老院设计实践研究,分别从选址、总体布局、建筑单体设计以及建筑室外环境营建几个方面分析方案成果,探讨第四章提出的设计方法的可行性以及存在的问题。在论文最后一章是对城市近郊生态田园养老院研究的总结,指出了论文研究的主要成果和其中存在的局限性和不足之处。论文通过探讨城市近郊生态田园养老院设计的背景基础、理论依据以及设计方法和实践研究,尝试为此类养老院的建设提供理论依据,推动城市近郊生态田园养老这一新兴养老模式的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the aging population in China is increasing rapidly, and it will be a great challenge for the future development of China. At the present stage of our country, the development of old-age policy, facilities and services are relatively lagging behind, the existing pension model can no longer meet the increasing needs of the old-age market, and the pension industry is diversified. Multi-level development will become the inevitable trend of the development of the cause of ageing. The ecological pastoral pension in the suburbs of the city is the old-age support model that came into being in this situation. It can not only alleviate the problem of the aged population in the city to a certain extent, but also solve the problem of providing for the aged in some farmers on the spot. It also provides a new way of thinking for the development of suburban industry. It is a new type of health pension service industry developed by using the core advantages of suburban ecological resources. At present, the development of ecological pastoral pension industry in urban suburbs is still in the exploratory stage. The existing relevant literature studies mainly focus on some development models, the related discussion of operation mode, and the lack of specific design methods and strategies for the construction of living environment. Therefore, the paper discusses the design method of the ecological pastoral nursing home in the suburbs of the city, taking the demand of the elderly for the ecological pastoral pension as the starting point. This paper begins with the current situation of aging society in our country, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the aged in our country, combines the advanced theory and practice of the aged at home and abroad, and tries to put forward the concept of ecological pastoral pension in the urban suburbs. On the basis of this, the research of the thesis is carried out. In the second chapter, some basic researches on ecological pastoral pension in urban suburbs are described, including the characteristics of the elderly's demand for living environment, the characteristics of pastoral life and other relevant theoretical studies. The characteristics of the elderly's demand for the living environment are the basis of the thesis, the characteristics of the pastoral life are the characteristics of the paper, the ecological environment psychology and the rural city theory provide the theoretical basis for the development of the thesis. In the third chapter, the author investigates and analyzes the needs and related cases of urban ecological pastoral pension, and on the basis of this, tries to put forward a new pension model suitable for the social development of our country-the characteristics of urban suburban eco-pastoral old-age care model. Identify the urban suburb ecological pension model applicable to the elderly groups. In the fourth chapter of the paper, the design method of the ecological rural nursing home in the suburbs of the city is studied, from the location, the overall layout, This paper expounds the similarities and differences between the design of ecological pastoral nursing home in urban suburbs and the design of general old-age care institutions in four aspects of architectural design and pastoral landscape environment design, and summarizes the theoretical methods of designing ecological pastoral nursing home in urban suburbs. According to the theory and method proposed in the fifth chapter of the paper, taking the project design of Caotang ecological pastoral nursing home as an example, the practical research on the design of ecological pastoral nursing home in the suburbs of the city is carried out, respectively, from the location, the overall layout, In this paper, several aspects of architectural monomer design and outdoor environment construction are analyzed, and the feasibility and existing problems of the design method proposed in Chapter 4 are discussed. In the last chapter of this paper, the author summarizes the research on the ecological pastoral nursing home in the suburbs of the city, and points out the main achievements, limitations and shortcomings of the research. In this paper, the background, theoretical basis, design method and practice of the design of ecological pastoral nursing home in the suburbs of city are discussed, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the construction of this kind of nursing home. To promote the development of the new pension model of ecological pastoral pension in the suburbs of cities.
