深圳众创空间建筑设计研究

【摘要】:随着创业浪潮的的掀起,国家大力号召“大众创新、万众创业”,在“众创”时代的背景下,国内出现了一种新型的建筑空间形态需求,即对“众创”模式回应的空间形态——“众创空间”。"众创空间”是一个集工作、网络、社交、资源共享于一体的综合创业服务平台,相比于传统办公空间,众创空间更注重创业团队的协同共享以及为创业者提供创业服务。如今,在深圳也出现了各式各样的众创服务平台,众创空间正成为一个渐受关注和研究的主题。本文针对建筑设计领域的需求,探讨了众创空间的概念、成因、使用者行为模式、心理需求,并结合深圳思微众创空间2.0,思微众创空间3.0,意启创业车库,微漾众创空间,对众创空间使用者的行为模式和心理需求进行了实例及调研分析,然后根据分析的结果设置了调查问卷,结合调研的结果归纳总结众创空间的空间构成原则,并提出设计的量化性参考建议。论文大致从六个方面展开,第一层面探讨“众创”的时代背景以及国内外众创空间的发展现状,第二层面是阐述众创空间的理论概念并辨析与之相关的几个空间概念,第三层面是探讨众创空间一般性的特征以及使用者行为模式和心理需求,第四层面是在一般性讨论的基础上对深圳四个众创空间案例进行剖析,第五个层面是总结和归纳众创空间的空间构成原则以及设计方法,第六个层面是分析本文研究的局限以及推测未来众创空间的发展方向。本文的研究重点在于结合深圳众创空间实例探讨使用者的行为模式和心理需求,从而分析其对空间设计的影响,最后从”办公空间“”交流空间“”休闲娱乐空间“”展演培训空间“四个角度对众创空间的构成特点进行归纳总结,并提出空间整体设计的方法与策略。本文旨在为今后众创空间设计实践提供一些详实有用的参考资料。
[Abstract]:With the rise of the wave of entrepreneurship, the country vigorously calls for "mass innovation, mass entrepreneurship". Under the background of "numerous innovation" era, there is a new type of architectural space form demand in China. That is, the spatial form of response to the mode of "multiple creation"-"space of creation." Crowdspace "is a comprehensive business service platform that integrates work, network, social and resource sharing. Compared with traditional office space, it pays more attention to the collaborative sharing of entrepreneurial teams and provides entrepreneurial services for entrepreneurs. Today, there are also a variety of Zhongchuang service platforms in Shenzhen, which is becoming a subject of concern and research. Aiming at the demand of architectural design, this paper discusses the concept, cause of formation, user behavior mode, psychological demand of the space, and combines with the space 2.0, the space 3.0, the garage, the space, the space. This paper analyzes the behavior patterns and psychological needs of the users, and then sets a questionnaire according to the results of the analysis, and sums up the principles of the spatial structure of the space. The quantitative reference suggestions of the design are also put forward. The thesis is carried out from six aspects. The first level is to discuss the background of the times and the current situation of the space development at home and abroad. The second level is to expound the theoretical concept of the space and to differentiate several related space concepts. The third level is to explore the general characteristics of the space, as well as the user behavior patterns and psychological needs, the fourth level is based on the general discussion of the four Shenzhen space case analysis, The fifth level is to summarize and sum up the space composition principle and the design method of the space. The sixth level is to analyze the limitations of this paper and to speculate on the future development direction of the space. The research focus of this paper is to discuss the behavior patterns and psychological needs of the users with the example of Shenzhen Zhongchuang Space, so as to analyze its influence on the space design. Finally, from the four angles of "office space", "communication space", "leisure and entertainment space" and "exhibition and training space", the author summarizes the composing characteristics of the space and puts forward the methods and strategies for the overall design of the space. The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful references for the practice of space design in the future.
