三重摩擦摆支座的滞回性能研究与工程算例分析

【摘要】:三重摩擦摆支座是非常有发展前景的隔震支座,无论是从隔震性能方面还是经济性角度都要强于传统的隔震系统。隔震性能方面,该支座属于完全被动装置,但是能够表现出适应性的刚度和阻尼。经济方面,由于三重摩擦摆支座的位移由多个滑动面提供,与传统的隔震支座相比它的生产尺寸可以更小,因此能够节省更多的成本。本文主要工作是围绕着三重摩擦摆支座在滑动过程中的行为表现和在实际工程中的应用效果展开的。已完成的研究工作总结如下:1)本文在传统摩擦摆支座滑动理论的基础上讨论了三重摩擦摆支座的滑动机制,分析了不同滑动机制下的力和位移表现,同时通过滑动理论与试验数据结果的对比,验证了理论分析的正确性。2)以实验数据为基础,在有限元软件ANSYS中建立了三重摩擦摆支座模型并进行了数值模拟分析,分析结果表明,在实际应用中三重摩擦摆支座能够表现出自适应性的刚度和阻尼,并且理论模型能够准确可靠的预测这种表现。3)基于三重摩擦摆支座的运动行为,本文利用SAP2000中的非线性连接单元建立了三重摩擦摆支座的宏模型,并对安装了该支座的隔震结构进行了时程分析。时程分析结果表明,三重摩擦摆支座对结构的层间位移和基底剪力反应等起到了良好的隔震效果。4)本文将三重摩擦摆支座安装在某实际桥梁上以检验其减震效果。计算结果显示,隔震桥梁的基本周期大大延长,大震下仅个别桥墩进入塑性,且塑性发展程度很小,而中震下所有桥墩均处于弹性工作状态。与非隔震桥梁相比,安装三重摩擦摆支座的桥梁具有更高的安全储备。
[Abstract]:Triple friction pendulum bearing is a very promising isolation bearing, which is better than the traditional isolation system in terms of isolation performance and economy. In terms of isolation performance, the bearing belongs to a completely passive device, but it can exhibit adaptive stiffness and damping. Economically, because the displacement of the triple friction pendulum bearing is provided by multiple sliding surfaces, compared with the traditional isolation bearing, its production size can be smaller, so it can save more cost. The main work of this paper is focused on the behavior of the triple friction pendulum bearing in the sliding process and its application in practical engineering. In this paper, based on the traditional sliding theory of friction pendulum bearing, the sliding mechanism of triple friction pendulum bearing is discussed, and the behavior of force and displacement under different sliding mechanism is analyzed. At the same time, by comparing the sliding theory with the test data, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified. 2) based on the experimental data, the triple friction pendulum bearing model is established in the finite element software ANSYS and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out. The analysis results show that the triple friction pendulum bearing can exhibit adaptive stiffness and damping in practical application, and the theoretical model can accurately and reliably predict the performance. 3) based on the motion behavior of the triple friction pendulum bearing, In this paper, the macro model of triple-friction pendulum bearing is established by using the nonlinear connection element in SAP2000, and the time history analysis of the isolated structure is carried out. The results of time history analysis show that the triple friction pendulum bearing has a good seismic isolation effect on the floor displacement and the base shear response of the structure. 4) in this paper, the triple friction pendulum bearing is installed on a practical bridge to test its vibration absorption effect. The calculation results show that the basic period of the isolated bridge is greatly prolonged, and only a few piers enter into the plasticity under the strong earthquake, and the degree of plastic development is very small, while all the piers under the moderate earthquake are in the elastic working state. Compared with the non-isolated bridge, the bridge with triple friction pendulum supports has a higher safety reserve.
