基于厚板理论的梁板结构开洞对板墙受力性能的影响

【摘要】:随着近年来经济的飞速发展,建筑行业也进入了高速发展的时期,而钢筋混凝土板作为土木工程结构中的一种基本构件,被广泛的应用到各个领域。而在混凝土应用最多的建筑行业里,大多数情况下用到的都是薄板结构,涉及到厚板领域并不多见。近10年来我国地铁行业发展迅速。由于地铁车站的特殊使用环境,造就了其对钢筋混凝土板与众不同的特殊要求,在地铁车站中钢筋混凝土板的厚度要远远大于一般建筑物中钢筋混凝土板的厚度。龙述尧、姜琛通过研究得出薄板和中厚板的分界线一般取厚跨比为0.1,中厚板和厚板的分界线一般取厚跨比为0.2。学术界对于薄板的研究较已经取得了众多成果,但是对于厚板的研究还有所不足,在设计中往往仍然采用薄板理论。本文基于Reissner中厚板理论,系统的研究分析开洞对中厚板受力性能的影响。着重分析了洞口尺寸、洞口形状、洞口位置以及板厚等四大影响因素。通过运用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS对各个因素建立多组模型进行对比分析。通过对比混凝土板件的应力、应变和横向剪切应力在各个因素影响下的变化情况,总结其在统一的径厚比、厚跨比、开洞比情况下的变化规律,将之运用于其它厚板情况。最后基于实际工程,将工程中所需开设的较大洞口归纳为三种,针对不同的洞口分别建立完整的有限元模型,在整体的双层框架结构中研究洞口对中厚板件受力性能的影响,验证前文所得部分结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in recent years, the construction industry has also entered a period of rapid development. As a basic component of civil engineering structure, reinforced concrete slab has been widely used in various fields. However, in the construction industry where concrete is used most of the time, thin plate structure is used in most cases, and it is rare in the field of thick slab. China's subway industry has developed rapidly in the past 10 years. Because of the special application environment of subway station, the special requirement of reinforced concrete slab is created. The thickness of reinforced concrete slab in subway station is much larger than that of reinforced concrete slab in general building. Long Shuyao and Jiang Chen obtained that the dividing line between thin plate and medium thick plate is generally 0.1, and that between plate and thick plate is 0.2. Many achievements have been made in the research of thin plate in academic circles, but the research on thick plate is still insufficient, and the theory of thin plate is still used in the design. Based on Reissner's plate theory, the effect of hole opening on the mechanical behavior of plate is studied systematically. The size, shape, position and thickness of orifice are analyzed. By using the large-scale finite element software Abaqus, the various factors are compared and analyzed. By comparing the variation of stress, strain and transverse shear stress of concrete plate under the influence of various factors, this paper summarizes the variation law of concrete slab under the uniform ratio of diameter to thickness, thickness to span ratio and ratio of opening to hole, and applies it to other thick slab cases. Finally, based on the actual engineering, the large openings needed in the project are classified into three types, and the complete finite element models are established for the different openings, and the influence of the openings on the mechanical behavior of the plate parts is studied in the whole double-deck frame structure. Verify some conclusions obtained above.
