新型相变储能床的设计及性能分析

【摘要】:本文针对传统火炕烟气污染环境、炕面温差大和炕面温度不均等弊端设计了一种新型相变储能床。通过搭建实验台,测试数据,对相变床的环保性、安全性和热工性能进行了分析研究,并和传统火炕进行对比。根据一天当中床面温度的不同,试验中把床面温度变化分为升温、第一次热稳定、降温和第二次热稳定4个阶段进行研究。研究参数包括:各阶段床面平均温度、平均升温速度、平均降温速度和温度不均度等。结果表明:相变储能床各阶段平均温度为35.19℃、37.37℃、32.31℃、28.08℃,均满足人体舒适性要求。平均升温速度为3.36℃/h,平均降温速度为0.55℃/h,相比于传统火炕加快了升温,减缓了降温,保温效果显著。相变床各个阶段的温度不均度最大为0.83℃,有效改善了火炕温度不均的问题。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of phase-change energy storage bed is designed in view of the traditional smoke pollution environment, large temperature difference on the Kang surface and uneven temperature on the Kang surface. The environmental protection, safety and thermal properties of the phase-change bed were analyzed and studied by setting up the test bench and testing data, and compared with the traditional Kang. According to the difference of bed surface temperature in one day, the change of bed surface temperature was divided into four stages: the first time, the second stage. The research parameters include the average bed surface temperature, the average heating rate, the average cooling rate and the temperature unevenness of each stage.
