交通发展对徐州城市空间演化的影响机理研究

【摘要】:徐州处于陇海、京沪两大铁路干线的交汇处,众多国道环绕城周,又有黄河故道穿城而过,是全国重要的交通枢纽城市之一。交通既是基础设施,又是交通产业,交通发展对于城市的空间演化有着很大的影响力。文章从三个尺度层面探究了交通发展对徐州城市空间演化的影响。宏观层面,通过文本分析和地理图谱的解读,探究了交通变迁对徐州城市空间演变的影响;中观层面,通过计算出行半径,对比交通线路扩展与城市用地扩张之间的相关性,探讨交通发展对城市规模、城市扩展以及城市形态的影响;微观层面,提取1984-2013年徐州商业、居住、工业用地以及水路、铁路、公路交通干线,运用缓冲区分析法,探讨三类交通对城市功能空间的影响。研究表明:(1)徐州交通主轴线不断演变,从汴泗二水为主轴,到大运河为主轴,到津浦、陇海铁路为主轴,再到多元交通综合发展,交通干线沿线城镇不断发展,吸引人口、经济、产业在此集聚。(2)交通方式更新加快了人们的出行速度,城市面积不断扩大;交通线路的牵引使得徐州城市发展重心由西南转向南又转向东,道路网络不断完善,使得城市扩张速度加快;通过城市扩展强度指数、分形维数和紧凑度的计算,对比城市道路网布局,可以看出徐州城市用地经历着“扩展-填充-再扩展-再填充”的过程。(3)整体而言,不同交通方式对不同功能用地影响不同。城市中60%-70%的功能用地都分布在交通干线周边。建国以来,徐州作为典型煤炭资源型城市,铁路对工业用地的吸引力最大;1990年代以来,城市开始转型,公路和水路的影响力增强,工业用地和居住用地对公路、水路的依赖性较大;近年来,城市转型加速,商业和居住用地发展迅速,公路对城市功能用地的影响突出。最后,针对徐州城市空间发展中交通干线的阻隔、公共交通滞后、城市功能布局不合理和观音国际机场吸引力不足等问题,提出了加强城市内部沟通、构建高效公共交通系统、优化功能空间和完善综合交通网络等相关优化措施。
[Abstract]:Xuzhou is located in Longhai, the intersection of Beijing and Shanghai two main railway lines, many national roads around the city, but also the Yellow River past the city, is one of the important transportation hub cities. Traffic is not only infrastructure, but also transportation industry. Traffic development has great influence on urban spatial evolution. This paper probes into the influence of traffic development on the urban spatial evolution of Xuzhou from three dimensions. At the macro level, through text analysis and geographical map interpretation, it explores the impact of traffic changes on the urban spatial evolution of Xuzhou. At the meso level, by calculating the travel radius, the correlation between traffic line expansion and urban land expansion is compared. This paper discusses the influence of traffic development on urban scale, urban expansion and urban form. At the micro level, it extracts Xuzhou commercial, residential, industrial land, waterways, railways and highways from 1984 to 2013, and applies buffer zone analysis method. This paper discusses the influence of three kinds of traffic on urban functional space. The results show that: (1) the main axis of Xuzhou traffic is evolving continuously, from Biansi Ershui as the main axis, to the Grand Canal as the main axis, to Jin-pu, Longhai Railway as the main axis, and then to the comprehensive development of multiple transportation, the cities and towns along the main traffic lines are constantly developing to attract the population. The economy and industry gather here. (2) the renewal of traffic mode accelerates the travel speed of people, and the urban area is constantly expanding. The traction of traffic lines makes Xuzhou's urban development center of gravity shift from southwest to south to east, and the road network is constantly improved. Through the calculation of intensity index, fractal dimension and compactness of urban expansion, the layout of urban road network is compared. It can be seen that the urban land use in Xuzhou has experienced the process of "expanding-population-repopulation-refilling". (3) overall, different traffic modes have different effects on different functional land use. In the city, 60-70% of the functional land is distributed around the main traffic lines. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, Xuzhou, as a typical coal resource-based city, has had the greatest attraction for industrial land since the 1990s. Since 1990's, the city has begun to transform, and the influence of roads and waterways has increased, and industrial land and residential land have played an important role in the road. In recent years, urban transformation has accelerated, commercial and residential land has developed rapidly, and the impact of highway on urban functional land is prominent. Finally, in view of the problems such as the obstruction of main lines of traffic in the development of Xuzhou urban space, the lag of public transportation, the unreasonable layout of urban functions and the lack of attraction of Guanyin International Airport, the paper puts forward to strengthen the communication within the city and construct an efficient public transportation system. Optimize the function space and improve the integrated traffic network and other related optimization measures.
