香港地铁站点地下公共空间组织模式

【摘要】:随着我国城市发展深度的不断推进,土地资源短缺的问题日益加剧,开发城市地下空间已经成为扩展城市空间的一个重要手段。而轨道交通建设的全面开展,为开发城市地下空间提供了良好的契机。香港作为亚洲地区土地资源稀缺的典型区域,其依托发达的地下轨道交通系统,在地铁站点周边开发了大量地下空间,这些地下空间的组织与利用方式值得我国其他地区学习借鉴。文章以香港地铁站点地下公共空间为研究对象,梳理其建设规模、功能构成及空间布局特征,在此基础上提炼出单功能星状、单功能树状、多功能树状和多功能网状四类空间组织模式,并结合外部环境特征探析各类模式的适用范围,以期为我国大中城市地铁站点地下公共空间规划建设提供参考和依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban development in China, the shortage of land resources is becoming more and more serious, and the development of urban underground space has become an important means to expand urban space. The construction of rail transit provides a good opportunity for the development of urban underground space. As a typical region with scarce land resources in Asia, Hong Kong has developed a large number of underground space around subway stations, relying on the developed underground rail transit system. The organization and utilization of these underground space is worth learning from other areas of our country. Taking underground public space of Hong Kong subway station as the research object, the paper sorts out the construction scale, function composition and spatial layout characteristics of the underground public space of Hong Kong subway station. On this basis, it abstracts single function star and single function tree. In order to provide reference and basis for the planning and construction of underground public space of metro stations in large and medium-sized cities in China, this paper analyzes the application scope of the four kinds of spatial organization models of multi-function tree and multi-function network, and combines with the characteristics of external environment.
