基于工业旅游导向的工业园区规划研究

【摘要】：在我国城市化以及新型工业化背景下,工业园区作为产业集群的空间载体以及城市功能空间的重要组成部分,不仅是城市工业发展的有效表现形式,也是城市土地开发的核心组成部分。另一方面随着我国逐步迈入大众休闲时代,为满足人们与日俱增的旅游欲望,旅游内容更加多元化,而工业旅游作为旅游业的一部分,其开发内容也更加深入,包括生产流水线观光、产品体验、研学培训、休闲娱乐、购物等旅游产品。通过工业旅游业的龙头拉动作用,促进工业园区产业融合以及转型升级,提升园区环境品质,有利于优化区域经济结构,对我国坚持走新型工业化道路有重要推动作用。目前,在全域旅游大发展格局中,我国工业旅游的发展正面临着巨大的瓶颈。在理论方面我国工业旅游的研究较为欠缺,缺乏全域旅游背景下对工业旅游内涵的重新定义,工业旅游的开发模式也仅仅停留在传统分类体系中。工业旅游作为旅游的一项分支,是一项特色专项旅游项目,大部分的实践研究集中在企业以及城市工业旅游层面,对工业园区层面的实践研究较少,而且大多研究聚集在工业旅游开发模式、旅游产品体系等方面,欠缺对具体的规划方法以及规划设计的深层次考虑。因此本文从工业旅游视角,对工业园区的规划进行了较为深入的研究。通过全面分析、模式探究与实践论证,提出工业旅游导向下工业园区规划建设的相关策略,探索创新型可持续发展园区的发展路径。本文主要在相关基础性研究的基础上,梳理我国工业旅游的发展历程,剖析目前我国工业旅游开发以及工业旅游视角下工业园区规划存在的问题。通过工业园区工业旅游开发模式的类型分析以及对每个类型个体案例的实地调研与规划分析,结合相关基础理论、国外经典案例研究,创新型地提出工业旅游导向下工业园区产业体系的构建、空间布局模式的架构以及公共服务设施的布局方法等。最后通过具体的实践即现代工业园区--苏州工业园区提升规划进行体系模式的探索论证,从宏观层面,对苏州工业园区整体的潜在工业旅游资源、市场需求、现状工业旅游开发存在的问题进行综合分析,得出当前苏州工业园区工业旅游开发所面临的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战,提出在工业旅游导向下苏州工业园区在产业体系构建以及空间布局和公共服务设施布局等方面的具体策略;从微观层面,对苏州工业园区局部地块苏州国际科技园进行RMP分析,构建旅游产品体系、产业体系以及组织空间布局和交通流线。这些相关规划策略的实施有助于实现工业园区的生态化、可持续化发展,以期为我国后续的工业园区工业旅游开发以及规划设计提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of urbanization and new industrialization in China, industrial parks, as the spatial carrier of industrial clusters and the important part of urban functional space, are not only the effective forms of urban industrial development. It is also the core component of urban land development. On the other hand, as our country gradually enters the age of popular leisure, in order to satisfy people's increasing tourist desire, the tourism content is more diversified, and industrial tourism as a part of tourism, its development content is also more in-depth. Including production line sightseeing, product experience, research training, leisure and entertainment, shopping and other tourism products. Through the leading role of the industrial tourism, promoting the industrial integration and upgrading of industrial parks, improving the environmental quality of the park, is conducive to the optimization of the regional economic structure, and will play an important role in promoting our country to adhere to the new road of industrialization. At present, in the pattern of global tourism development, the development of industrial tourism in China is facing a huge bottleneck. In theory, the study of industrial tourism in our country is relatively deficient, lacking of the redefinition of the connotation of industrial tourism under the background of global tourism, and the development mode of industrial tourism only stays in the traditional classification system. As a branch of tourism, industrial tourism is a special tourism project with special characteristics. Most of the practical studies focus on enterprises and urban industrial tourism, but there are few practical studies on industrial parks. Most of the studies focus on the industrial tourism development model, tourism product system and other aspects, lack of specific planning methods and planning and design of the deep-seated consideration. Therefore, from the perspective of industrial tourism, the planning of industrial parks is studied in depth. Through comprehensive analysis, mode exploration and practice demonstration, this paper puts forward the relevant strategies of industrial park planning and construction under the guidance of industrial tourism, and explores the development path of innovative sustainable development park. On the basis of relevant basic research, this paper combs the development course of China's industrial tourism, and analyzes the problems existing in the industrial park planning under the perspective of industrial tourism development and industrial tourism in China. Through the type analysis of industrial tourism development model of industrial park, the field investigation and planning analysis of individual cases of each type, combined with the relevant basic theory, foreign classic case studies, This paper puts forward the construction of industrial system of industrial park under the guidance of industrial tourism, the structure of spatial layout mode and the layout method of public service facilities. Finally, through the concrete practice, that is, the modern industrial park-Suzhou Industrial Park upgrading planning to explore and demonstrate the system model, from the macro level, the overall potential industrial tourism resources of Suzhou Industrial Park, market demand, Based on the comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the current industrial tourism development, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the industrial tourism development in Suzhou Industrial Park are obtained. Under the guidance of industrial tourism, the paper puts forward the specific strategies of Suzhou Industrial Park in terms of industrial system construction, spatial layout and layout of public service facilities, and carries out RMP analysis of Suzhou International Science and Technology Park, a part of Suzhou Industrial Park, from the micro level. Construct tourism product system, industry system, organization space layout and traffic streamline. The implementation of these related planning strategies will help to realize the ecological and sustainable development of industrial parks in order to provide some reference value for the future industrial tourism development and planning and design of industrial parks in China.
