移动荷载作用下板结构损伤检测试验研究

【摘要】:结构出现损伤,通过对结构所处的状态进行诊断和评估得出损伤检测报告,以准确认识结构的损伤成因和损伤程度。设计人员依据结构损伤检测报告,对结构安全与否进行评价并分析其动力特性,进而提出建筑结构维护加固的最佳方案,以最大限度避免结构安全事故的发生。板结构是工程中常见的一种结构形式,与梁柱结构一样是主体结构密不可分的一部分,广泛应用于建筑、市政、桥梁等工程领域。与梁柱结构相比,在软件建模时,板结构建模是从一维到二维的跨越,建模难度更大,受力分析也更复杂。本文基于移动荷载作用下的结构响应进行损伤识别,通过施加移动荷载给损伤板提供外部激励,使损伤板振动,采集任意点瞬态位移和加速度瞬态响应数据绘制时程曲线,对时程曲线数据分析和处理,以检测板结构损伤位置。本文主要从以下几个方面展开研究:首先,通过建立板结构振动微分方程以及对移动荷载作用下损伤板进行振动分析来研究损伤板的力学性能。基于该理论,在ANSYS软件中对移动荷载作用下损伤板结构建模,选择合适的损伤模拟与荷载移动实现方法,并按照荷载大小变化、移动荷载速度变化、荷载行进线与损伤水平距离变化对响应曲线进行对比分析。其次,根据实验室现有条件设计模型试验,并通过试验对软件模拟结果进行验证。试验中设置方槽形损伤和裂缝形损伤两种损伤类型,按照荷载大小变化、移动荷载速度变化、移动荷载运行轨道变化等不同工况进行对比分析。最后,应用小波分析对试验和模拟所得的数据进一步处理分析。选取墨西哥帽函数对模拟数据进行连续小波变换,通过小波分析对试验数据进行降噪处理。以上有关移动荷载作用下板结构损伤检测的研究,对后续其他类型结构研究具有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:The damage occurred in the structure. The damage detection report was obtained through the diagnosis and evaluation of the state of the structure in order to accurately understand the cause of the damage and the damage degree of the structure. According to the structural damage detection report, the designer evaluates the safety of the structure and analyzes its dynamic characteristics, and then puts forward the best plan for the maintenance and reinforcement of the building structure, so as to avoid the occurrence of the structural safety accident to the maximum extent. Slab structure is a common structural form in engineering. It is an inseparable part of the main structure like the Liang Zhu structure and is widely used in the engineering fields such as architecture, municipal administration, bridge and so on. Compared with Liang Zhu structure, in software modeling, the modeling of plate structure is from one dimension to two dimensions, the modeling is more difficult and the force analysis is more complex. In this paper, damage identification is carried out on the basis of the structural response under moving load. By applying moving load to provide external excitation to the damaged plate, the damaged plate is vibrated, and transient displacement and acceleration transient response data at any point are collected to draw the time-history curve. The time history curve data are analyzed and processed to detect the damage location of the plate structure. In this paper, the following aspects are studied: firstly, the mechanical properties of the damaged plate are studied by establishing the vibration differential equation of the plate structure and analyzing the vibration of the damaged plate under moving load. Based on this theory, the damage plate structure under moving load is modeled in ANSYS software, and the appropriate method of damage simulation and load movement is selected, and the speed of moving load changes according to the change of load size. The response curve is compared with the horizontal distance between the load line and the damage. Secondly, the model test is designed according to the existing conditions in the laboratory, and the software simulation results are verified by the test. There are two kinds of damage types: square groove damage and crack damage. According to the change of load, the speed of moving load and the change of moving load track are compared and analyzed. Finally, wavelet analysis is used to further analyze the experimental and simulated data. The Mexican hat function is selected to carry on the continuous wavelet transform to the simulated data, and the noise reduction of the experimental data is carried out by the wavelet analysis. The above research on the damage detection of plate structure under moving load has a certain reference value for other types of structure research.
