凝灰岩石粉作为混凝土掺和料可行性试验研究

【摘要】:开展了凝灰岩石粉及粉煤灰对水泥胶砂、混凝土性能的对比研究,并分析了两者颗粒形态对工作性能的影响机理。结果表明:在同掺量同龄期下,凝灰岩石粉混凝土力学性能与粉煤灰相当,但凝灰岩石粉混凝土工作性能劣于粉煤灰,尤其是在低中强度等级混凝土中表现较为明显;凝灰岩石粉的SEM图表明其为层状结构,具有很大的内比表面积,可吸附混凝土中的部分水和外加剂,降低水泥浆体的分散能力和包裹能力,从而影响混凝土和易性。
[Abstract]:A comparative study on the properties of cement mortar and concrete by tuff powder and fly ash was carried out, and the influence mechanism of particle morphology on working performance was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of tuff stone concrete are equal to those of fly ash, but the working performance of tuff stone concrete is worse than that of fly ash, especially in low medium strength grade concrete. The SEM images of tuff powder show that it is layered structure with large internal specific surface area. It can adsorb some water and admixture in concrete and reduce the dispersing ability and encapsulation ability of cement paste, thus affecting the concrete and easiness.
