楼宇自控系统的工程质量提升方法研究

【摘要】:智能建筑在我国已成为建筑市场的大趋势,楼宇自控系统(Building Automation System,BAS)利用计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术极大地改善了建筑的环境状况,降低了建筑运营的人工和能耗成本,是建筑技术、计算机技术、控制技术、通信技术发展的产物。楼宇自控系统是智能建筑中涉及技术最广、功能最丰富、要求最高的系统。楼宇自控系统工程得到了广大建设方的认同,普遍被列入公共建筑和商务建筑建设的必选内容,但是仍存在完成的工程的质量却并不理想的问题。楼宇自控系统工程强调机电设备、计算机、自动控制、网络与通信知识并重,对基础技术型人才的水平要求高。本论文研究楼宇自控系统的工程质量提升方法。首先介绍了国内楼宇自控系统工程建设中存在的问题以及国内外楼宇自控系统发展的现状,给出了楼宇自控系统的工作原理、组成和监控内容,从分析楼宇自控系统工程的建设过程入手,提出了楼宇自控系统的工程设计、施工和验收方法。本论文分析了国家与智能建筑行业规范,以“经济实用性、技术开放性、成熟性和可扩展性”为原则,对楼宇自控系统工程的设计、施工及验收总结出一套可依据的原则和方法,克服楼宇自控系统工程质量不佳的情况。以华为南方工厂楼宇自控系统工程为例,根据建筑的功能结构、业主的实际需求,按照本论文总结的相关原则和方法,作为负责人作者很好完成了此项目楼宇自控系统的建设,有效提高了此工程质量,达到“节约能源、环境舒适、管理方便和提高设施使用生命周期”的目标。研究与实践表明,本文总结的楼宇自控系统设计、施工及验收原则和方法能有效提升楼宇自控系统工程的质量。
[Abstract]:Intelligent building has become a major trend in the construction market in China. Building Automation system has greatly improved the environmental conditions of buildings and reduced the cost of labor and energy consumption by using computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology. Is the building technology, computer technology, control technology, communication technology development product. Building automatic control system is the most widely involved in the intelligent building technology, the most rich function, the most demanding system. Building automatic control system engineering has been recognized by the majority of the construction parties, generally included in the public building and commercial building construction must be selected, but there is still a problem that the quality of the completed project is not ideal. Building automatic control system engineering emphasizes the same emphasis on mechanical and electrical equipment, computer, automatic control, network and communication knowledge, and requires high level of basic technical talents. In this paper, the project quality improvement method of building automatic control system is studied. This paper first introduces the problems existing in the construction of building automation system in China and the present situation of the development of building automatic control system at home and abroad, and gives the working principle, composition and monitoring content of building automatic control system. Based on the analysis of the construction process of building automation system engineering, the engineering design, construction and acceptance methods of building automatic control system are put forward. This paper analyzes the national and intelligent building industry standards, based on the principles of "economic practicability, technical openness, maturity and expansibility", the design of building automation system engineering. A set of principles and methods for construction and acceptance are summarized to overcome the poor engineering quality of building automatic control system. Taking the building automation system project of Huawei South Factory as an example, according to the functional structure of the building, the actual demand of the owner, and according to the relevant principles and methods summarized in this paper, as the author of the project, the author has completed the building automation system construction of this project very well. The quality of the project has been improved effectively, and the goal of "saving energy, comfortable environment, convenient management and improving the life cycle of facilities" has been achieved. The research and practice show that the principles and methods of design, construction and acceptance of building automation system summarized in this paper can effectively improve the quality of building automatic control system engineering.
