绿色医疗建筑的研究及应用

【摘要】：随着国民经济的高速发展,城镇化进程得以加速,城市中建筑物大规模建设,建筑业、房地产业在繁荣的同时也造成了能源和资源死亡大量消耗及浪费,城市的能源消耗和环境污染,严重威胁着人类的可持续发展。为应对这些问题,世界各国相继开展了节能环保研究工作,提出"绿色建筑"理念,建立了绿色建筑评价体系,作为公共建筑类型之一的医疗建筑,它的发展也得到人们越来越多的关注。医疗建筑功能性需求复杂,设计时千篇一律,只看重功能作用,而忽视了人性化建设。随着医疗机构增多及扩大,原有的建筑结构不能满足先进的医学技术和设备的需求,也不能满足人们对就医环境的要求。营造良好的就医环境,首先需要医疗建筑因地制宜,符合安全、卫生、经济、适用、节能、环保等方面的要求,其次统筹考虑并正确处理医疗功能与建筑功能之间的关系,全方面满足医护一人员与患者的需求。本文通过对绿色建筑和医疗建筑的研究,阐述其设计特点和方法,并对国内外绿色医疗建筑进行实例分析,结合例举获得山东省二星级绿色建筑标识的医疗建筑在项目建设中如何进行"绿色"设计、技术运用,归纳总结绿色医疗建筑建设的设计、选材、施工的原则及方法,为推进医疗建筑的绿色化建设提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the large-scale construction of buildings in the city, the construction industry and the real estate industry have also caused a great deal of consumption and waste of energy and resources. Energy consumption and environmental pollution in cities threaten the sustainable development of human beings. In order to deal with these problems, countries all over the world have carried out energy conservation and environmental protection research work one after another, put forward the concept of "green building", established the evaluation system of green building, as one of the types of public building, medical building. Its development also gets more and more attention. The functional requirements of medical architecture are complex, the design is uniform, only the function is emphasized, but the humanization construction is neglected. With the increase and expansion of medical institutions, the original building structure can not meet the needs of advanced medical technology and equipment, nor can it meet the requirements of the medical environment. To create a good medical environment, first of all, it is necessary for medical buildings to adapt themselves to local conditions, to meet the requirements of safety, hygiene, economy, applicability, energy conservation, environmental protection, and so on. Secondly, to consider as a whole and correctly handle the relationship between medical and building functions, All aspects to meet the needs of medical staff and patients. Through the study of green building and medical building, this paper expounds its design characteristics and methods, and analyzes the example of green medical building at home and abroad. How to carry out "green" design and application of technology in the project construction of the medical building with two-star green building logo of Shandong Province is given, and the design, material selection, construction principles and methods of the construction of green medical building are summarized and summarized. To promote the green construction of medical buildings to provide a theoretical basis.
