冀西北地区既有居住建筑绿色改造策略研究
[Abstract]:The scale of the existing buildings in our country is huge, the construction standard is not high, and the living environment is poor, so it is difficult to meet the basic requirements of the existing residents for the building environment. In the face of the widespread construction of green buildings in China, a large number of existing buildings have not yet begun the green building certification, and a large number of green reconstruction of existing buildings in China is facing great challenges and potential. The development of construction industry in northwest Hebei is also rising in the last ten years, there are a large number of existing buildings. The development of green buildings is slow. At present, some old buildings have been retrofitted in the northwest of Hebei Province, and the green transformation has not been considered from the point of view of users and buildings. Through the research and study of the literature, this paper makes a series of on-the-spot investigation and analysis to find out the problems existing in the existing residential buildings and the needs of the residents. On this basis, combined with the climate characteristics of northwest Hebei, from the architectural design, indoor environment, building energy conservation three balance transformation scheme, a more systematic summary of the northwest Hebei Province existing residential buildings green transformation of the appropriate technical strategy. And complete menu strategy summary. At the same time, combined with the green reconstruction project case of existing residential buildings in northwest Hebei, the present situation of energy consumption, the physical environment of the building on the spot, the application of computer software simulation, the design defects of the building are found, and the climate is considered as a whole. The site environment, architectural structure, indoor environment and other factors, starting from the perspective of residents' life, behavior and needs, are transformed by case studies to achieve the multi-win effect of building environment, building energy consumption, architectural design and human beings. Improve the "happiness" of living environment. The green transformation of existing residential buildings can maintain or upgrade the building itself to a better operational state, at the same time can effectively reduce building energy consumption, reduce the waste of resources brought by demolition and reconstruction, and reduce environmental pollution. From the point of view of the future, the transformation of the existing buildings will become the necessary trend of the development of the construction industry in our country.
