冬季辽宁近代历史建筑的劣化形态及机理研究

【摘要】:辽宁近代历史建筑因其物质真实性、文化特殊性、地域特定性均具有较高的研究价值和保护价值,针对其亟待系统科学保护的现状,调查并梳理其劣化敏感期——冬季的劣化形态,提出脱落、开裂、斑渍等现象是其主要劣化形态,提出雪水融化带来水分滞留,反复冻融致使应力改变,盐分结晶导致盐渍与裂缝,微生物侵蚀加剧材料劣化。
[Abstract]:Liaoning modern historical buildings have high research value and protection value because of their material authenticity, cultural particularity and region specificity. By investigating and combing the deterioration pattern of its sensitive period of deterioration-winter, it is suggested that the phenomena of shedding, cracking and stain are the main deterioration forms. It is suggested that the melting of snow water brings about water retention, and repeated freezing and thawing lead to stress change. Salt crystallization leads to salt stains and cracks, and microbial erosion accentuates the deterioration of materials.
