东北农村产业化住宅建筑设计研究

【摘要】：近年来,无论是国外还是国内,产业化住宅成为了越来越热的话题,大有引领潮流之势。而与发达国家相比,我国的产业化住宅起步较晚,其原因是国外已经很早的步入了追求住宅的质量阶段,而国内还未摆脱对住宅数量上的追求。不过随着人们生活水平的提高,对于住宅的需求方向正在逐渐产生变化,正在从数量向质量过渡。随着城市化进程的加快,农村建设的脚步也在逐渐加快,而国家对于新农村的建设也格外重视。为产业化住宅的发展提供了良好的契机。本文以东北农村为研究对象,进行定向的产业化住宅建筑设计研究。东北农村,有着特殊的地域性、文化性、民族性,而农宅的建筑形式、建筑材料以及建造方式还比较落后。本文通过引入产业化的方式,对东北农村住宅进行设计研究,旨在改善东北农民的生活居住环境,跟上城市化的进度。文中从客观的角度上分析了东北农村发展产业化住宅的必要性,并对我国农村住宅产业化发展情况进行阐述,总结出了产业、技术、成本以及文化方面的发展瓶颈。借鉴发达国家或地区的住宅产业化发展经验,对东北地区的城市和农村住宅产业化的案例进行分析;对产业化住宅设计中的结构形式、关键技术问题以及设计原则进行分析研究,为下面东北农村产业化住宅建筑设计研究提供理论基础。最后进行有针对性的东北农村产业化住宅方案试创设计,希望对日后东北农村产业化住宅的建设提供些许的参考,为提高农民的生活质量略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, both at home and abroad, industrialized housing has become a hot topic, leading the trend. Compared with the developed countries, the industrialization of housing starts later in our country, the reason is that the foreign countries have entered the stage of the pursuit of housing quality early, but the domestic has not got rid of the pursuit of the number of housing. But as living standards improve, demand for housing is changing from quantity to quality. With the acceleration of urbanization, the pace of rural construction is also speeding up, and the country pays special attention to the construction of new countryside. It provides a good opportunity for the development of industrialized housing. This article takes the northeast countryside as the research object, carries on the directional industrialization residential building design research. There are special regional, cultural and national characteristics in the rural areas of Northeast China, while the construction forms, building materials and construction methods of agricultural houses are still relatively backward. In this paper, the design of rural housing in Northeast China is carried out through the introduction of industrialization, in order to improve the living environment of farmers in Northeast China and keep up with the progress of urbanization. This paper analyzes the necessity of the development of industrialized housing in rural areas of Northeast China from an objective point of view, expounds the development of industrialization of rural housing in China, and sums up the bottlenecks in the development of industry, technology, cost and culture. Based on the development experience of housing industrialization in developed countries or regions, this paper analyzes the cases of housing industrialization in cities and rural areas in Northeast China, and analyzes the structural forms of housing industrialization design. The key technical problems and design principles are analyzed and studied, which provides the theoretical basis for the research of the industrialization residential building design in Northeast China. In the end, the pilot design of the rural industrialization housing project in Northeast China is carried out, hoping to provide some reference for the construction of the industrialization residence in the northeast rural area in the future, and to do a little effort to improve the quality of life of the peasants.
