湘潭竹埠港棚户区改建中给排水设计研究

【摘要】:水是重要的自然资源和经济资源,也是生态环境的重要组成部分。水资源的合理规划和水环境的安全保障,对于社会经济的持续发展和人民生活健康具有重大现实意义。给排水工程设计是保护水资源水质和优化水资源调度的重要手段。随着城市化进程的进一步加剧,高层建筑、超高层建筑已成为发展常态,与此同时,工农业的迅猛发展,饮用水水源经常性受到污染,这就给给排水工程设计带来不利影响和更多不确定性因素。结合我国棚户区改建过程中的实际问题,将建筑给排水知识与棚户区改建实际现结合,探索棚户区改建背景下的给排水设计问题,填补了我国棚户区改建过程中给排水设计研究的空白。本论文湘潭竹埠港国有工矿棚户区改建过程中给排水设计研究有利于解决和规范棚户区域“水”问题,根治棚户区脏乱差现象,对于区域经济发展和生活环境提升具有重要意义,也能为我国棚户区改建过程中给排水设计提供参考案例。棚户区改建过程中给水工程管网由两根市政管网引入,区内给水管网成环,从环上引出至单栋建筑,单栋建筑进行供水系统选型与方案对比,低区通过市政压力直接供水,高区通过二次加压供水。供水工程中采用节水型器具、水表计量、雨水回用等节水节能措施。棚户区改建过程中消防工程区内采用室外消火栓和室内消火栓相结合,室内灭火系统采用消火栓和自动喷水灭火系统设计相结合,自动喷淋系统按照中危I级和II级喷头布置要求相结合。棚户区改建过程中排水工程设计采用雨污分流排水体制。棚户区内生活污废水通过化粪池处理就近排入市政污水管网,区内共设3个化粪池。区内单栋建筑生活污废水管道由排水立管和伸顶通气立管立管相结合。棚户区内雨水通过室外检查井和雨水口汇集,而后汇入市政排水管网,区内单栋建筑采用普通外排水系统,通过雨水斗、雨水立管汇集于雨水检查井。通过对湘潭竹埠港国有工矿棚户区改建过程中给排水设计研究,在区域给排水设计理论上得到一些启示。在区域改建或新建过程中,给水工程设计应当考虑节水节能措施,融入节水节能理论的设计方法更有利于绿色、低能耗发展。在消防工程设计中,考虑室内消防系统和室外消防系统结合、消火栓消防和自动喷淋相结合的设计方法,能够充分应对区域内部突发火灾危害,也能更好地建设平安社区。针对当今严峻的水资源水环境现状,在区域排水工程规划设计过程中,应当优先考虑雨污分流排水体制,生活污水因经过化粪池处理而后排入市政污水管网;雨水规划过程中可考虑雨水池的调蓄回用作用,可将部分雨水用于消防、绿化回用。
[Abstract]:Water is an important natural resource and economic resource, and also an important part of ecological environment. The rational planning of water resources and the safety and security of water environment are of great practical significance to the sustainable development of social economy and people's health. Water supply and drainage engineering design is an important means to protect water quality and optimize water resources dispatching. With the further intensification of the urbanization process, high-rise buildings, super-high-rise buildings have become the normal development. At the same time, with the rapid development of industry and agriculture, drinking water sources are frequently polluted. This will bring adverse effects and more uncertain factors to the design of water supply and drainage engineering. Combined with the practical problems in the reconstruction of shantytown in our country, this paper combines the knowledge of building water supply and drainage with the actual reconstruction of shantytown, and explores the design problems of water supply and drainage under the background of shantytown reconstruction. Fill up the blank of water supply and drainage design in the reconstruction process of shantytown in our country. In this paper, the study of water supply and drainage design in the process of rebuilding the state-owned industrial and mining shantytown in Xiangtan Zhubu Port is helpful to solve and standardize the problem of "water" in the shantytown, and to eradicate the mess phenomenon in the shantytown. It is of great significance for the development of regional economy and the promotion of living environment, and can also provide a reference case for the design of water supply and drainage in the process of rebuilding shantytowns in China. In the reconstruction process of shantytown, the water supply engineering pipe network is introduced by two municipal pipe networks, and the water distribution network in the area is in a ring, leading from the ring to a single building, and the water supply system of the single building is selected and compared with the scheme, and the water supply in the low area is directly supplied through municipal pressure. High area through secondary pressure water supply. Water-saving apparatus, water meter metering, Rain Water reuse and other water saving and energy saving measures are adopted in water supply project. In the rebuilding process of shantytown, outdoor fire hydrant and indoor fire hydrant are used in the fire protection engineering area, and the indoor fire extinguishing system is designed with fire hydrant and automatic sprinkler system. The automatic sprinkler system is combined according to the requirements of intermediate hazard I and II spray head arrangement. In the process of rebuilding shantytown, the design of drainage project adopts the system of rainwater diversion and drainage. Domestic sewage in shantytown is treated by septic tank and discharged into municipal sewage pipe network. There are 3 septic tanks in this area. The single building sewage pipe in this area is combined with drainage riser and outstretched aerated riser. The Rain Water in the shantytown is collected through the outdoor inspection well and the Rain Water port, and then into the municipal drainage pipe network. The single building in the area adopts the common external drainage system, and the Rain Water riser is collected in the Rain Water inspection well through the Rain Water bucket. Based on the research on the design of water supply and drainage in the process of rebuilding the state-owned industrial and mining shantytown in Xiangtan Zhubu Port, some enlightenments are obtained in the theory of regional water supply and drainage design. In the process of regional reconstruction or new construction, water supply engineering design should consider water saving and energy saving measures, and the design method of water saving and energy saving theory is more favorable to the development of green and low energy consumption. Considering the combination of indoor and outdoor fire control system, fire hydrant and automatic sprinkler, the design method of fire protection engineering design can fully deal with the fire hazards within the area and build a safe community. In view of the severe situation of water resources and water environment, in the process of regional drainage engineering planning and design, priority should be given to the rainwater distribution and drainage system, and domestic sewage should be treated by septic tanks and then discharged into municipal sewage pipe network. In the process of Rain Water planning, the function of storage and reuse of Rain Water pool can be considered, and part of Rain Water can be used for fire protection and greening reuse.
