火灾后空间结构材料强度无损检测方法研究

【摘要】:为研究火灾后空间结构材料的力学性能,对空间结构中常用的Q235、Q345钢材分别进行了高温处理、材料拉伸试验及里氏硬度试验.得到了热处理温度、冷却方式、钢材型号等因素对钢材抗拉强度、屈服强度及里氏硬度的影响规律.结果表明热处理温度小于500,℃时,热处理温度对钢材硬度及抗拉强度的影响不太显著,当热处理温度高于500,℃时,热处理温度对钢材硬度及抗拉强度的影响都较大.最后总结出热处理后钢材抗拉强度同里氏硬度相互关系,为火灾后空间结构材料强度无损检测提供一定的参考与支持.
