【摘要】：正概念1)开放办公:2号楼提供大量开放、自由,灵活的办公空间。同时,一些相对独立的私密空间散布在开放办公区内,用于个人或小型团队会面、讨论。2)交流:设计的目标在于创造更多的交流空间,从而提高办公人员的工作效率,促进产生新的创意。休闲区包括一层露天庭院、贯通1~6层的中庭、垂直绿化墙面和景观楼梯、位于6楼的阳光休闲区,以及每一个标准层都有的咖啡区、外廊和阳台。
[Abstract]:Concept 1) Open Office: building 2 provides plenty of open, free and flexible office space. At the same time, some relatively separate private spaces are scattered in open office spaces for individuals or small teams to meet and discuss (.2) communication: the goal of the design is to create more communication space, thereby improving the productivity of office workers. Promote the creation of new ideas. The leisure area consists of an open-air courtyard, a 1-floor atrium, a vertical greening wall and a landscape staircase, a sunny leisure area on the sixth floor, and a coffee area, veranda and balcony on each of the standard floors.
